Service beyond my most optimistic expectations. Response to my call for help with a heat pump problem was immediate and two hours later I had heat again. The tech was thorough and worked fast but explained every step of the repair as he went along. Canâ t recommend ARS highly enough.

This was my second choice but it turns out to be the best for what I needed. ARS is associated with Home Depot, received rebate I applied to total cost. ARS also provided paper work indicating Air Condition units meet or exceed energy company perspectives for rebate for being energy conservative units. ARS performed Professional installation along with good customer service, and has always responded to my calls to answer questions about installation and energy rebates.

Quick response to my need. Replaced two old/broken A/C systems within 24 hours of signing contact. Clean, efficient and courteous.

The technicians were tops, the wonderful lady who deals with financing has been working diligently to assist me with straightening out a mess caused by an employee who did Not inform me that there was more to the pad document that was not fully displayed. It did not show nor did the employee explain that an outfit called Green Skies could place a lien on my home if I made no payment in 60 days. The finance company could place the lien on my car which is more valuable than the central heating & air condition unit.

My unit had quit working I gave them the codes without even hooking any test equipment to the unit, all he did was look at it and say oh it's the blower unit, and got me to turn fan on in home & said yes you hear clicking well that will cost you 1600.00 and 200.00 labor! What! I might be an older lady but I am not stupid! Will not ever use them agian. Remember ladies do your research before you buy! So actually I paid him 89.00 to come take the cover off the ac! Wow.

It was a big job they came on time they replace my whole unit and they got everything done in less than one day they cleaned up after themselves there was no mess no muss no fuss

Very professional and courteous. Took care to always wear protective covering over their shoes when in the house. The only thing i would have expected they did not do was to check the airflow at each vent to ensure the appropriate amount of air was flowing for the size of the room. for this reason I am going with a 4.5 but overall very satisfied
