They charged me $388 to replace an HVAC circuit breaker ($50 part - 15-minute job). I paid a separate inspection fee. When I complained and asked for a billing breakdown, they refused and said prices are set by corporate. What a ripoff! Do not use this company.

Excellent communication during entire install. It was actually a split for our garage and it works great.

They are very knowledgeable, will explain things so you can understand. They show you the shortcuts other companies have taken. Do not leave tilyou are satisfied.

It has been a terrible experience. One of the installers soldered in my house, leaving specks of soot on EVERYTHING in 3 rooms. I cleaned and cried for several hours, cleaned again for several hours the next day, then gave up and got a professional in to clean. They reimbursed me for her services, but it was still a nightmare. Then a month later when we had a very warm day I discovered that the A/C did not work. Turns out that a wire had not been attached in the thermostat. The thermostat had to be relocated to a different wall, leaving an ugly bare spot where it had originally been. The new installer soldered again and, while not as bad as the first time, left bits of soot on most of my kitchen and dining room. Not having the heat pump running for a month and instead of having nothing but the heat strips in the split unit running will also no doubt cause me to have an elevated electric bill for that month. I definitely regret my decision to go with this company.

Bought a unit in 2013. They said a 2 1/2 ton unit would be fine for the upstairs. 2014 the upstairs unit wouldnt keep up they replaced it with a 3 ton unit. Miscellaneous problems for the next few years. 2019 problems with the downstairs unit. Ended up spending another $1500 on it. In the unit upstairs which was only six years old I was told by the second tech that came out Said it needed replaced. After 7 1/2 years we had over $8000 in both Units. Unfortunately it takes 2 to 4 technicians to figure out The problems. It always seems to be a very expensive fix every time. They do not stand behind their work poor quality. Had it replaced by another HVAC company. They said it was installed incorrectly. They also mentioned to me that it was only a 2 1/2 ton unit upstairs. After checking the paperwork and everything it showed they had put a 3 ton up there but the unit was only at 2 1/2 ton. I highly recommend staying away from this company. When you have a problem they will not call you back.

When the sales guy comes, make sure you stick to your decision. The workmen ship was excellent. The installation team was excellent.

Jason and Jason were polite, knowledgeable without being pushy, followed up. And completed work in a timely manner. I will call them first if I have to install any more heads to my miniductless air conditioner.
