They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. They were called out to repair 3 other Samsung refrigerators that week. They not only replaced the broken part on my refrigerator, but they replaced the same part that had been breaking on the other refrigerators at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone!

Eddy arrived on time and scoped out the problem with our refrigerator quickly. A Freon leak...in this type of fridge you can't tell where the leak is or how bad it is. He advised us not to pay the $s for the Freon and to replace the fridge because by today's standards it was past it's prime. He gave us advice on which brands were best and that side by sides work better that French door fridges. We were very pleased with everything.

Excellent. Appliance Tech came 2 hours after I called them, and arrived at the time they said they would. They were fast and efficient and the price was reasonable.

These guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When I called and left a message asking about installing my new range microwave, my call was returned within 15 minutes. Mr. Barham was very polite, answered all my questions, and scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. The 2 gentlemen arrived promptly, installed my microwave, offered to haul off my old microwave, and left my kitchen as clean as when they arrived. I could not have asked for better service, and the price was just right. I will recommend them to everyone, and would definitely use again.

Eddie senior and Eddie junior took a look at the cabinets and suggested an LED strip as the best approach. Their estimate was less than half what the fancy light company had given us. They spent several hours on the installation and would not be satisfied until everything met their standards. What I really like about them is their creativity and willingness to do research. They called all over the country to find the right lights for us. They are prompt, courteous and a pleasure to have in your home. We are using them on addition upgrades to our home. Their range of work is from the fairly simple to the very high tech.
