+ -1 moreFirst time using this company. I called on Thursday and spoke with a young lady by the name Elaine. We schedule a housekeeping service for 1 o'clock Sunday May 15th. I called on Friday to confirm my appointment and was told that someone will definitely be there on Sunday May 15th at 1 p.m. I called at 1:30 checking on the appointment but no answer left a message. It is now approximately 2:15. I have not heard from anyone I have called and left 3 messages but have not heard anything from anyone.
