Contractor removed sod and palm trees as agreed. New sod was installed although not all areas were covered to satisfaction. Contractor assured me he would be back to complete installation and I agreed to wait until the summer heat subsided for the palm tree to be planted even though I paid in advance for this tree and service. Approximately 7-10 days after initial installation, I contacted the contractor as the new centipede grass was being overrun with weeds, confimed as "nutsedge" by Lesco, a landscape supplier. The contractor came to inspect and stated I was over watering although I was irrigating based on his recommendations with the exception of 2 days when 20 extra minutes of irrigation were added as the grass was very dry due to the extreme heat. We agreed to irrigate exactly as he advised (I have a irrigation system with a timer) and he would come back & replace the sod if it was not to satisfaction. After numerous calls and complaints to the contractor regarding the condition of the grass (note, I had to remove the dead, weed infested sod myself as neighbors complained to the Home Owners Association), the contractor agreed to come & replace it if I could find a supplier. The contractor returned, replaced only a portion ot the grass and has refused to return phone calls regarding other areas needing replacement and original agreed coverage as well as the palm tree.

Mr Ambrosio was referred to us by a realtor. We have a very large property. In our twenty years of living there NO ONE has done a better job of making our yard look lovely. I told Mr Ambrosio this and he modestly said, "Well I try and do the best job I can for my customers" Well done. It is hard to say if his pricing is excellent only because our yard is so large.
