Kevin arrived on time, did the work really fast and fixed a lock that had frozen up. He was very professional and did a great job. I am definitely going to use him again. Price was very reasonable.

Called him on a Friday and he stated that hed couldnt come until Tuesday. He told me to text him name and address which i did. Tuesday morning came and he never showed so i called him and he totally dismisses ever talking to me. Then he says he will make it later in the day and was a no show. Read his reviews thats how he rolls.

I called Kevin in the morning and he showed up exactly at the time we agreed on in the afternoon. He was very helpful before the appointment and had me text pictures so he could assess everything and give me a good estimate. He also told me exactly what I could buy from Lowes in order to save money, which was greatly appreciated. When he got to our house, he went right to work and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. He's very pleasant and cleaned everything up before he left. And for all the work he did, I think his price was also very reasonable.

He came in and immediately confirmed his pricing that he had quoted over the phone. He went straight to work and required very little guidance. He's very friendly to work with but you can tell that he's a no nonsense guy when he's focused on his work. I would highly recommend him. He did show up late but I suspect he just had earlier jobs that ran long.

Mr. O'Toole took my call to get my locks rekeyed early afternoon and was at my place shortly after mid-afternoon. He was courteous and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the money spent. What's more he took it upon himself to reseat a garage door that was not properly installed and fixed the striker plate and dead bolt on my front door that had been a beast to lock and unlock since it was originally installed. He did those items at no charge. If i ever have need of a locksmith again, i will not hesitate to call him and i would recommend him without any reservation to anyone.

I've used Kevin before and was pleased with his work, price, etc. so when I needed a locksmith I naturally thought of him. As usual his work was excellent and his pleasant manner always lifts my day.

I recently purchased a new house and wanted to have all new locks installed. I purchased the lock sets myself and Kevin installed them. Kevin replaced two locks and installed a third. The old locks were in horrible shape and he ended up having to spend almost 4 hours to replace and install the new ones for me! Even though I'm sure he was very frustrated at times due to the old locks not being lined up correctly in the first place, Kevin was extremely professional and he did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend All Keyed Up.

He forgot about the appointment and was across town when I called to see if he was on his way yet. I had cancelled one of my own appointments to meet him at the time he was available. He was apologetic, said he overlooked it on his schedule and was across town. He said he was able to come out 3 hours later which would not work for me. I otherwise found him to be responsive and professional. I recommend if you use him that you call prior to your appointment time to make sure he is still able to meet the appointment.

He was bang on time, He was incrediblely courteous and very nice guy, someone I would recommend to anyone.

He was very polite on the phone. When he arrived he introduced himself, and looked at what I had. He advised that 2 needed replacing. He was very detailed and did a great job. He even took time to look at other issues I had that were not lock related. He is a great man and a asset to me. I will be using him again if needed.

The lock he had available on his truck wasn't correct so he made plans to return the next day. However he found the correct one that day and returned about 1/2 hour after he left to change it out. This was done at the end of his day and I know he was more than ready to go home but he went out of his way for us which we appreciated.

I was leaving town immediately after I closed on a house. I wanted the doors rekeyed before I left. Kevin O'Tool adjusted his schedule so I could get on the road quickly. He met me at the house, rekeyed the doors and made sure everything was working and installed correctly. Now the door locks are as smooth as butter and I'm the only one that has a key to the house. I would absolutely use his services again.
