Description of Work: he serviced the outside unit completely, washed it with a cleaning solution that he had with him, rinsed and cleaned all the filters and cleaned the working area afterward, removed debris from the area around the filters (mostly straw from the pine trees in the yard.), the amount paid includes a free service call in January 2016, which included a free inspection and free labor if there is any work to be done, does not include parts. and he also changed all the filters in the house, I had my own filters. very, very good, very recommendable Harriette Dreher, owner of the home

Description of Work: Routine inspection.we had been told by our pest control company that we may need to replace condensation lines. Air Necessities said the lines were in good shape and the condensation was normal since out unit was working so well. We were very impressed that they didn't replace something that wasn't necessary

+ -1 moreWe have been very happy with them. They had a good price. They used American Standard equipment, which is rated really high on Consumer Reports. They were recommended by word of mouth, but we also verified that they had good ratings on Angie’s List. It was very simple getting them out. One of the vents was not pumping a lot of air out, so we called them back, and they were out the next day. They increased the size of the supply line from 4 inches to 8 inches, and that kind of fixed the problem. At another time, I think there was a problem because of a lightning strike, and they came out right away and fixed that too. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: We used Air Necessities to put in an air conditioning system for us.

Description of Work: Our home had a builder grade unit that gave us several problems the last few years. Air Necessites always came promptly, (even after hours), and were very courteous and professional. Our unit finally died this past February and they installed a better and more effecient unit.

+ -1 moreClay arrived early and stayed late, he answered every question I had with a lot of knowledge and authority about HVAC systems and duct work. I researched some of the information he gave me and it was all correct. I'd had a few more quotes from other companies that were highly disappointing, because they sounded like they did not know their products well at all, especially compared to Clay. I feel like I had a mini-seminar in HVAC systems and it has really helped me throughout the bidding process. Thank you Air Necessities!
Description of Work: I had a quote given to me by a very helpful guy, Clay. He was here about two hours answering my questions and working up a few different quotes for me. He had the best price around by far for replacing ducts and had a very good estimate for a new gas pack, I just found another quote that was about $700 less (from a smaller company) and decided to go with them. If the margin had been smaller I was ready to hire Air Necessities. I really wanted to give Air Necessities (not Air Necessity) my business but the budget was very tight this fall. I even wanted to send this guy a gift card or something for all the help he gave me, plus he was very friendly and easy to get along with, and very honest. I was very impressed.

+ -1 moreThey are very, very good. They came in and made sure that everything was taken care of. They made sure not to track anything in the house and even put mats and carpets down. They vacuumed and cleaned up everything so that there were no bits and pieces of anything laying around. They did a very professional job. They left everything the way it was when they came in. We would use them again for more work in the future.
