This company has been maintaining our sprinkler system for a number of years now. They are excellent to deal with. They call you back and they show up when promised. This past winter has been rough on sprinkler systems so they have made a couple of visits so far. We have always been pleased with their work Last year we used their landscaping service. Very meticulous in their approach and the shrubs in front of the house are beautiful!

They seemed to be knowledgeable. Their prices were quite high so I never enlisted their services. I don't remember how much they quoted me for as I was getting quotes from several people. They would have been considered surely because they did sound knowledgeable, but their quote was quite a bit more than what I could afford at the time. They had a representative or maybe a supervisor who came out to evaluate the property. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable just from his walking around and his articulation at that point about a year ago. Some of the people I had here knew nothing. Some of them didn't even know the names of the plants. He walked around and he knew the trees. He was the one who identified them to me and pointed out a variety of things on the property. I guess it was his services. There wasn't much wrong with the property. I was really impressed with his knowledge. He was very timely. When he made the appointment, he was here on time. I find that it's not always the case with some others. He was excellent. He really did an excellent job. The company was unattainable for me because I knew that I could not afford them. I am not saying that he was overpriced. It is just that I couldn't afford him. I think they were a fine company. They appeared to be timely, professional, and knowledgeable at least in that initial interview. He would not have been the man who came out to do the work. It would have been workers that would have come out. The company itself was great.

The landscapers did not come at the time they said they would and did not notify me that they would be fours hours late. Consequently, I left the house When I returned they had put the shrubs in wrong--said they didn't know it was a hedge replacement. They had to undo all their work and do over. None if this would have happened, had the company called and told me when they were coming.
