+ -1 moreLance the sole operator became more and more unreliable and costs varied widely. I now use a real pool company Aqua care and they are great and reasonably priced and always show up on schedule. I would suggest no one use a sole operator for pool service

Description of Work: We have a gunite in-ground pool. Lance emptied the pool using his external pump.. He then pressure and acid washed the pool surface. After the pool was refilled he balanced it and restarted the pump, etc. He is very cooperative and reasonable. His charge was fair. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I called this company & spoke to the owner (I believe). He said he would be out to help us around 1230 pm the following day. Never showed & never called. I left a message giving them the benefit of the doubt the following day and they did not respond to my message. VERY unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They did everything they said they would do, they had the lowest price of all the estimates, and they completed all of the work. I have no complaints. They were on time, they kept me up to date on everything, and it was all fine.
Description of Work: Advanced Pool Care replaced the liner on my pool.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job and we are very pleased with the result and have recommended them to others. Once you get used to the fact that Lance will come the day after he promises to, you realize the service is really quite prompt, since it is much quicker than you get from anyone else. We also love the salt system.
Description of Work: They did a complete re-plastering of our old gunite swimming pool and also re-did the deck with cool deck. They also installed a salt system sanitizer. After that, we have used them from time to time for pool maintenance, though we tend to do that ourselves during the summer.
