Darryl and his team were very professional. They had to remove a small piece of asbestos tape and duct portion left behind from a previous renovation. They scheduled the work very shortly after I called and did the job for less than a competitor. I highly recommend them!

I searched for an asbestos abatement company for a long time. Darryl did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it. And for the price he quoted. He made all the arrangements for permit, and disposal. My house had been hit by a tornado, after losing my spouse. So it has been a stressful time. Many contractors are only about the money, and no customer service. Why can t people be more like Darryl Washington. Super nice guy. I will definitely call them again.

Darryl and Antonio and their crew were absolutely AMAZING! I called other companies as well and A&A had a quick and knowledgeable response. Their expertise really showed. Where others said they needed a walk though first Darryl was easily able to give us a quote based on square footage. Other companies wanted at least a week for full asbestos abatement (in a 3 bedroom home) and Darryl said they could come on Friday and be done by Sunday (and they were - they said it was actually a fairly small job for them though it felt huge to us). Other companies also quoted us prices twice as high. Our house was so clean - cleaner than we had left it! I really appreciate their timeliness of arrival and hard work ethic. Also when we found some dust in the AC closet, even though it was likely not from them (the AC was sealed), they kindly and promptly sent out a crew of two guys with HEPA filter equipment to take care of it for our peace of mind (even though they are based in another city and it is a drive for them). We will absolutely use A&A Asbestos Environmental should we have occasion again and certainly I would not hesitate to, and will, recommend to families, friends, and businesses. A professional crew with excellent leadership and customer service!
