Friday July 12, 2013- I had an appointment to rekey 3 locks and install a deadbolt for my new home at 1:00 pm. The owner (Wayne) called stating there was an emergency and one of his co workers had to go to the ER. He rescheduled for the next day at 1:00 pm. Saturday July 13, 2013- No one showed up at 1:00 pm. I called numerous times, left messages, and received nothing in return. Monday July 15, 2013- Called office and spoke with 2nd owner (Not Wayne) who stated the worker who was supposed to come do the job dropped his cell phone into a mud puddle losing all of my information. I verified that there was no paper trail with my phone number or address on file. I asked if there would be any compensation considering this would be the second time I had to reschedule. Owner declined any kind of discount or compensation. Rescheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday July 16, 2013- Came home from work at 4:30 pm. Waited 30 minutes for locksmith to show up. Went to take a shower and missed a call from Wayne, the owner. Called Wayne back, he stated "I had a guy waiting outside of your house. He left and is on the other side of town now." I replied that that was fine, and I did not want to reschedule. There was a pause on the line, and then Wayne said "So, you made my guy drive all the way out there and you don't want the job done?" I was a bit taken back that an OWNER would say something to that extent. I replied asking if Wayne was really trying to fight with me. His reply? "Yes, I am." I then proceeded to explain my concerns for the missed/rescheduled appointments that were NOT my fault. He began SCREAMING at me and hung up the instant I said I was reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.
