Date was scheduled right away, movers showed up on time, actually called and said they were on the way. Both movers were very polite, I am overly please with this job and will use them again.

Went very well! Guys were punctual and worked extremely hard.

I called the local office to get general information as to price and services. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I set up a time and they arrived within that time frame. A price was given and they stuck to that price. This was a professional operation from the initial phone contact to when the junk was hauled away.

The two young men that performed the work were great. They were good listeners and took care of business!

Interactions over the phone were top notch: answered all my questions and were upbeat and helpful. They arrived within the 2 hour window. I would say the job was relatively easy for them. We had all the books and smaller items boxed and ready to go. We had the attic items brought down to 2nd floor landing, and the items in the room over the garage separated out and easy to get to. It took about 20 minutes. We had a very large pile of pine needles which they wouldn't/couldn't take because they and quot; only take items they can pick up by hand.and quot; They also wouldn't/couldn't take a set of weights and barbells. We were OK with that as we had pleny of other stuff to fill up the 1/2 truckload we had contracted for. The 2 men were friendly and professional. The job cost 99.00 which was more than fair. We used a groupon and according the receipt it would have cost 298.00. Full price would not have been a good value at all. However my understanding is that they give you a price after viewing the job, so it might have been less than that. All in all we were pleased and would definately give them an opportunity to give us an estimate for any future jobs.

I called to set up an appointment for misc junk removal. Thomas and Emmet arrived on time (within the two hour window) and were very professional and courteous. They removed everything as per the info on the website. They were very patient when I had other items to add and they cleaned up and even swept the area! I would definitely use them again in the future.
