Tim Harvall roofing they supplied excellent service for my roof . I was very pleased with their work and I would hire them back again.

We got several quotes from different companies and Tim Harvell's was the most reasonable price and offered the same warranty and coverage as the more expensive quotes. They were very professional and super friendly. I felt totally at ease with them. They finished the work in a very timely manner. With us having a seven year old and we were concern about nails being left behind. They went over the yard several times with a magnetic tool to make sure they got all the nails and debris up and left nothing behind. We are completely satisfied with the finished product. We would recommend Tim Harvell to anyone that needs a new roof.

3 months after (June 08) my roof was replaced...I noticed water rings around all the vents...kitchen, bathrooms, fire place and wash room. so, I called my attorney. He hired an inspector to come see what the issues were. His report stated that..."they broke the sky light in the guest bath, bored it up and shingled over it. exposed nails around the HVAC vents were not caulked upon installation, they rusted and caused leaks." They came out about a month after the install and fixed this vent, the inspector said "the roof repair was done improperly. The vent should have been replaced. " In stead of replacing the shingles it was caulked around improperly and caused the water to back up into the home because of a low pitch roof. "a small amount of shingles were not aligned properly and spaced too far apart. Not enough nails were used to install the shingles there were supposed to be 4 nails per shingle. 5 % of the roof was inspected, and those shingles inspected did not have enough nails. To go threw and add the additional shingles would be an estimated $310.00. There are eight roof vents that need to be removed and re installed. 8 vents at $120.00. Total estimated repairs is $1,365.00." I have attempted to call Mr. Harvell 12 documented times. He returned my calls one time and told me "if I would return his calls he could come and fix the problem that he was unclear of" ?!?! Pictures and documentation don't lie!!!

SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST ON A FRIDAY, SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOME ONE OUT BY MONDAY, TUESDAY AT THE LATEST, NO ONE EVER SHOWED OR CALLED ME BACK TO RESCHEDULE.
