Russel is nothing more than a snake oil salesman. Promises you the world, and under delivers every time. Charged us for items ( MANY ) that we did not receive, and substitutes cheaper products for the ones you do get. Have taken him to BBB arbitration & won, yet work STILL not complete ( 2 years ) .

Over Promises and Under Performs. Building a house for me, said it would take 7 months. We just completed month 6, a total of 2 months out of the 6, NO WORK was done. If they say something will be done on Monday you better find out which Monday they are talking about because it could be 2 months from now. Always excuses in which you can see right through. Sure it will take 7 months, JUST NOT 7 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS. I gave him $11,200.00 in May of 2013 as a deposit for my Kitchen Cabinets. It is now end of Sept 2013 and he has not paid one cent towards my cabinets and refuses to refund my money. In addition, there were several errors while building my house. A fireplace that was not installed according to plans, I wanted a wood burning fireplace on a raised hearth. He installed a gas fireplace on the ground and still has not corrected it. In addition, a Leak from rain because he did not install the boots for the plumbing vent pipes causing the new drywall and insulation to get wet. He made what should have been an exciting time in my life and turned it into a nightmare. STAY AWAY. Want more info ? e-mail me at artist67@gmx.com
