+ -1 moreLG sent out Cemi for a dryer repair. The person came out for a total of 5 minutes and stated he would need to order a part but failed to inspect the dryer. We were charged $125 for a service that was NOT performed. We never received a phone call, text, or email regarding the dryer getting fixed. We waited and finally reached out July 1 and the phone call went straight to voicemail. The mailbox was full so we could not leave a voicemail. This company lacks communication, coordination, and professionalism. I would not work with them. They are unreliable. Waste of time and money.

+ -1 moreCarlos, our repairman from Cemi Appliance Repair, was the most professional Tech. we've ever had in our home. He called to say he was coming, and was on time! When he started on the replacement of our ice maker, wow… He was done in a flash. Its working beautifully. I wish every professional was that effective. Thank you Carlos!

+ -1 moreHe was dispatched through LG service center. He didn’t contact me for two weeks and lied to service center that I don’t return his calls. I tried to call him over 20 times and he never answered or retuned my messages. He is a liar and a person without any integrity. No conscience.
