Eric not matched but beat one of his competitor's price to get the job. He and his crew are nothing but excellent!!! A+ in workmanship and quality. My wife was the happiest. I would hire Eric again and would highly recommend Eric for your home remodeling and new addition/construction work.

I hired Eric Brigmon to remodel my master bathroom. He did a great job! His guys were courteous and Eric made sure he relayed everything that we had discussed to them. The job was completed one week earlier than we expected. We then had him paint the inside of our home and install a paved patio. We are thrilled with his pricing and work ethic. He is a Down to earth honest contractor.

If you are thinking about hiring Eric Brigmon do to anything to your home, please do not make the same mistake that we did. Run far far away. He is dishonest and lies so much. He promises that he can do anything for you and then never addresses it. He was fine in the beginning and then when you hire him, he stops answering your calls and responding to your emails. He takes your money and dose not provide the work. Even he's own employees talk badly about him. Eric and his wife Stacie are crooks.

Response from Brigmon's Construction Services, LLC
Everything was completed in this remodel. Not sure how we took money considering we had to come out of pocket $30,000 to front all the material for the job to wait for 120 days to have reimbursement from the bank of his choose. Would never work for this client again. Constantly changed project from start to finish. Would not release .one after job was completed. Had to file a lein on the property in order to get compensation from the back. Homeowners were very happy at final walkthrough. Never been contacted about any issues they may have had.

Eric Brigmon was hired to remodel our second bathroom. The job included demo down to the studs. We discussed the design of the tile pattern and placement of the shower niche and the placement of a decorative boarder. And specific instructions were given to him about the decorative tile explaining what is the right side. We also wrote on the right side of the decorative tile. He and his crew removed a one piece shower unit a toilet, a vanity, our floor to the joists, the entry door and all the old plumbing. He even ripped the towel bar off the wall leaving two gaping holes in the drywall. Next he put the new tub in place ,installed the new shower/tub faucet, layed a new sub floor and put the cement tile backer board in place around the tub area. He then covered the cement board with a water proofing material. He installed the wall tile first ,the niche decorative tile, then he finished the decorative tile boarder and continued with the normal wall tile. After the tub tile was installed he installed the floor tile. I told him that the decorative tile was installed backwards and he argued with me stating that I was wrong. Next came the grouting and sealing phase followed by the placement of the vanity and installing the toilet. He then installed the new entry door with trim ,baseboards and a new light. I had requested that he not hook up the sink faucet until after i had painted the bathroom that evening. He said he did not have a problem with this request. When he was in the final phases of finishing I looked in and was amazed that the drywall had never been repaired. He said sure he would fix the holes. After completion my husband payed him and this is where the job went bad. I had to go out of town and when I returned after the weekend I was amazed at what had been done. There was not one thing done right. I went to the tile store and checked out the decorative sample board and called Eric about what I thought was a bad job. He scheduled to come by the next day.He sent his worker instead. I handed the worker a list that was long. The door will not close and there are over 1/4 inch gaping holes along the trim and no caulking. The floor tile at the entry was cut wrong and many pieces not level. The shower tile is uneven, installed backwards and grout lines uneven and tile is wavy. The shower head had visible white plumbers tape as though this is an old leaky showerhead. The shut off valve to the toilet had never been moved and was placed tightly by the toilet base. There was dried grout, mortar and sealer all over the new tub walls and ceiling. Where the old shower insert met the ceiling there was torn drywall. The walls and ceiling were still not smooth for painting.. The light was beginning to fall off the wall because he did not install it in an electrical box which would have been properly secured to the studs. He did send a drywaller to repair the walls. Then he came back to discuss the other repairs of which I realized he cannot do any remodeling work well. I handed him a list of how much with the dollar values that he needed to reimburse us. He was very angry and said he had to go to his truck and add up his figures. Also when asked about the toilet valved we were told to turn off the water to the toilet we would have to use a screwdriver to remove the valve then use a wrench. The classic though is when I was discussing with Eric what was wrong I looked down at the base of the toilet and said is that leaking water? He said . that is acrylic and we both put our finger down to test and sure enough we both said yes that it was leaking water. This is when both my husband and I realized we did not want Eric to fix anything. He does not know how to remodel! He wrote us a check for less than half the cost of the job and it is a lesson learned. Another Re modeler who refitted the bathroom exposed all mistakes which are as followers Eric cannot properly stud a wall he left old mildewy ins ululation or no insulation on outside walls, tiles came up way to easy due to poor gluing techniques, plumbing areas leaked, electric work had to be corrected, tile also removed due to poorly layed and poor cutting techniques. Ext..... I read his previous remarks on other jobs and I know he will comment. He lied before and will lie again. Many people I have told about him ,state he is no contractor and does not know what he is doing. This includes his father.(a story relayed to me through someone who will not do business with him.)

On the fence, Eric the owner performed the work himself with one helper. The fence was built to our exact specifications, on time and on budget. Two years later we are still pleased. On the screen room however, he let a sub-contractor do the work. The sub made sugesstions that made the room better in most cases. Instead of the requested vinyl covering he insisted on bent aluminum. This looked very good and actually gave the room more coverage than requested. Eric would come to the site to fix issues like the electrical connections. Approximately 10 months after completion the aluminum covering on four posts began to erode. After telling me the materials were purchased from The Building Center in Rock Hill, I visited them in person but they refused to take responsibility. Eric stated many times he would fix the issues but he said the sub-contractor would have to make the repairs. It has been about six months now and there has been no word from either of them about scheduling repairs and no one has been on site to see the problems. The sub lives about 70 miles away. The erosions are now severe with sharp edges even keeping the door from fitting properly. So our recommendation for this company is superior if Eric is self performing. But we do not recommend them if his sub-contractor is in charge of the job.
Description of Work: In July 2012 we contracted with them to build a vinly privacy fence for 1900.00 The owner Eric performed the work himself with one helper. In June 2013 we contracted with him to build a screen room for 5600.00.

The workers were prompt and professional. Eric always has good ideas on how to save money on his projects and still accomplish the goals we are after. He personally oversaw the work on our repairs. We'd recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Eric and his crews repaired exterior wood siding on our house and did excellent work. He has done remodeling projects for numerous neighbors of mine, and they have been very pleased. I've seen the results and concur.

Description of Work: Gutted and rebuilt the entire bathroom. Workmanship was poor. We requested that his workers not return because of their poor workmanship. He chose to terminate the job and let us hire professionals to repair work already done and complete what he did not do. Verification of license was unsuccessful. We feel like we were misled by the references he provided us.

Response from Brigmon's Construction Services, LLC
Homeowners were very argumentative. Everything that they chose for there bathroom they changed after it was installed. Once the cost factor was mention about uninstalling and reinstalling products in there bathroom he became hostel and requested that I finish the remodel alone. We fully remodeled the bathroom to there liking. Once the bathroom was 7/8 done the conversation took place about the change orders about the extra work that was done at there home. He ask that he get someone else to finish. Touch up paint and one sink drain line was all that was left to complete the job. We had to wait an extra 4 weeks to hook the plumbing up due to there granite contractor cut the granite wrong. They stated that the job was $6000 dollar remodel. We were only paid $4,245. This basically covered the material for the remodel. The entire remodel went great from both sides until it became time to pay for the job. I accepted $0 money up front and was basically taken advantage of threw out the entire job from start to finish. We went above and beyond to make this family happy. We even paid a cleaner to clean the entire house after the remodel was completed as far as we could until the vanity arrived. My staff as well as myself was continually insulted by Mr. Dewitt's rude humor. Some jobs you wish you would not have taken. Thanks for reading!
