Beards Cleaning Service

I was satisfied but decided to start cleaning my house myself.

Carri and Bobby Beard have been cleaning our house for over a year. They are conscientious, reliable and proficient. If there is something special I need them to focus on they are very willing to accommodate. When we travel they even care for our animals who absolutely adore them. I would definitely recommend Carri and Bobby to my friends.

Although we have only been with Carrie and Bobby for a short while, we couldn't be happier. We handpicked them based upon AL and their close proximity to our place. We were with someone else for 1.5 years and took a year off due to the economy. We had Carrie and Bobby out for an initial cleaning followed by twice a month cleaning. I think they have been to our place 4-5 times now. Aside from their quality and thorough cleaning, they are very nice people. We have two dogs that they let out and interact with when we are not home. They love pets. Our schedules vary so sometimes we are here when they come or leave during, other times we are completely gone. We trust them 100% to come and go as they please. I wish we could see them more but it's probably best, I could talk to them for hours and nothing would get done. LOL! They are that nice and personable.

Carrie and her husband were very nice. But the cleaning was not adequate. Many times I had to go behind them and clean again. They rushed through the work and skipped things. The surfaces were still dusty.. We had to let them go.

Carri and Bobby have been cleaning our home since June. They do a thorough job, and I always look forward to arriving home on cleaning days. If I want anything additional done, or extra focus on something, I just leave a note (for example, vaccuming sofas), and they always complete it. Their price is very fair, especially given the size of our house. I have 2 dogs that I keep crated during the day, and Carrie has even sent me texts to let me know she has let them outside for me. This is not in the job description, but just Carri going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend!

Carrie and her team have been cleaning our home for a year and a half, every other week. We have been thoroughly pleased with Beards and will continue to use in the future. And our dogs love them!

The so called deep cleaning was done on 6-19-2012 starting at 1:00 PM. I was not home during the cleaning and now wish I had stayed. I was called at 3:00 PM and told they were finished. I commented on how fast they got the work done and was told they brought help with them. I can not bend down to clean the baseboards and this was something that needed to be deep cleaned. I specifically told Carri this. The baseboards look like someone took a wet cloth and wiped over them. Dust and dirt still remains.To tell you the truth it might be better to tell you what was done right instead of what was done wrong or not at all. It's a much shorter list. I thought hiring a professional cleaning service that they would have better cleaning products than I did but evidently not. Here is an example of the kitchen. The good...counters were clean, windows were done very well, trash taken out and that's about it. The bad...grease is still on my oven hood, top and door. Floorboards not cleaned. Fridge not touched. Small wooden table not dusted well at all. Sink drain covers not emptied. Space between oven and counter not cleaned. Floor not cleaned well at all. When I came home I took my Swiffer to the floor. I can go through each room of my house and tell you the exact same thing. Maybe 50% of each room was cleaned except the bathroom which is only 25%. I called Carri and told her I was not satisfied with her services. She told me my house was so grimey it would need more than one cleaning. Great thing to say to a potential long term client isn't it? I told her about the grease on the oven hood and she said since my house hadn't been cleaned in so long that would take a few cleanings. Really? Beacuse I took a clorox wipe to it and it came right off. It's not like my house hasn't been cleaned before. But when I paid for a deep cleaning that is exactly what I expected to receive. I told her that I no longer needed her services.

Beard's Cleaning Service (Carri and Bobby) do an exceptional job and I am very pleased to have them clean my home and to know such nice people.

After the initial deep clean which was done very well, the Beard's came today for their first bi-weekly service. I am very satisfied with their service. My house was left shining and clean! They are very professional, listen to my needs and are receptive with a positive attitude. They are hard workers and very considerate if running late by placing a call to advise. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

The Beard's have been cleaning my home for a little over a month now. They come in bi-weekly and their work has been pretty consistent. Very friendly and nice. Very thorough, which I love : ) Have a two- story home with Main living area downstairs (including master) so they clean downstairs every other week ($65) and upstairs only as needed ($85).

The Beards' came out to the house & did a walk through & explained what all services they would provide. They even pointed out things that I hadn't even noticed. On the day of service they arrived on time & did a very thorough job. I admit that I can be picky at times but I have to say that I was very pleased with the work that Carri & Robert did. I have decided to sign on with them on a bi-weekly basis and I hope that the quality of service will continue just as it was on the first day : )

The first cleaning was two weeks ago and the house smelled and looked great when I got home. It had been about four weeks since I had lost my previous cleaners so the house was pretty dusty. Everything was shiny and clean. Carri did a great job and will be cleaning my house going forward.

The overall cleaning was great, exactly what we wanted and needed. Like I said before in the previous statement above, they came in on a very short notice, were very accomodating, and the price for the work that they did was outstanding . They definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use their services in the future.

I talked to several people. They just were paying attention to cleaning things that I wanted cleaned that the other companies weren?t.

The quality of their work has been excellent. Their punctuality and professionalism has been very good.

They were very quick to respond to my email and set up a time to come out and give us an estimate. We needed a deep clean after a dusty renovation. They were punctual and very nice people but the cleaning lacked a little. There was still a lot of dust under furniture and on other surfaces. The house smelled nice and looked good but the clean was no "deeper" than we usually achieve. Sorry to say it but we won't use them again...we didn't get what we paid for.

The cabinettes and baths were much dirtier than expected. They worked longer than expected and cleaned everything to a spotless gleam. They did a great job.

One email, and came for a survey on time as agreed. They did an EXCELLENT job with the initial deep clean, and have been cleaning for me every other week for several months. Very dependable, punctual and they love dogs! A pleasure to have in my home. I would definitely recommend.

FANTASTIC! They came right in and scrubbed until the house shone. I didn't know it could be so clean! They were prompt, thorough, professional and very pleasant. As a result, I hired them to clean my home bi-weekly.

They are nice people. They did a deep clean for an empty house. They also did a regular clean. They vacuumed and cleaned the bathrooms. They were very professional.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and didn't expect a returned call until a work day, but she called within hours. She said she would be able to come give an estimate the next day and start work the following day. We did not use her b/c another company could start immediately so we went with that. We will use this company for the monthly cleanings in the future.

It's great, I have used her for three years now. They do a really good job and they are very thorough. They are also very nice and responsible.

They completely cleaned the inside of my house. They did a great job and i have since decided to have them back once a month. They did a better job than anyone else ever has and I was very pleased with their service.
