+ -1 moreVery good experience. Mr. Burns came promptly, knew exactly what to do, and did it efficiently. All works well now. Several years ago we also had a good experience with the repair of a washing machine, but I no longer remember date or price.
Description of Work: Repaired broken ice maker on refrigerator.

+ -1 moreHe didn't charge me the whole service call because he couldn't fix it, which was nice. I liked that. I've used him before and he is really nice and always fair. I was disappointed that he couldn't fix my dryer. He's a good guy. It is a digital new fangled dryer and it wasn't his fault that he didn't know how to fix it. I will absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: I used Burn's Service Center to check out my dryer because it wasn't working. He said he couldn't fix it.
