+ -1 moreThey are very reputable and very responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them. The pricing is very reasonable and they are easy to work with and when you negotiate with them they are reasonable and very honest. They do not require a down payment up front and they do not lock you into the features of the home at the signing of the contract. So in other words you can change things as you go along without any consequences. You still have to pay if it is an addition but it is a reasonable amount of what that addition costs.
Description of Work: Vista Homes is building a new house for me, a pool house and almost done.
