Appliance Tech

Justin/Appliance Tech has come out at least 4 times through our home warranty, so I can't speak to their pricing/value. However, I can speak to his professionalism, timeliness, knowledge and thoroughness - which are all fantastic. I will not hesitate to call them again, even when we no longer have the warranty.

Punctual, great follow up on getting authorization for repair, ordering the part and returning to install the part. Very nice to deal with and I will use this company again for future appliance repairs.

I sent an e-mail to Appliance Tech about a problem we were having with a 9 year old washing machine that had occurred several years ago. He called the same day. The problem was that our laundry was covered with numerous brown specs. The fix several years ago was to remove the tub and clean the outer tub. Appliance Tech recommended that we use Affresh to clean the washer. My wife had been using a different brand of washer cleaner. We tried the Affresh yesterday and the brown specs have disappeared. Thanks to Appliance Tech, we saved a considerable cost to clean the washer in the same way we did several years ago. I will certainly call Appliance Tech whenever we have an appliance problem in the future.

Justin came to my house to fix my fridge and give me an estimate. He had to order a part that was delivered to him in a weeks time. When the part arrived, he called me to schedule a time to came out and was on time. Fridge was fixed right away, I was very happy with this service. He even noticed my dryer was making a funny noise, and fixed it free of charge.

He is always on time and courteous and rates are excellent.

This is the third time we have used Appliance Tech's services. We have been SO pleased with the services. Justin is incredibly professional and a genuinely nice person. He has fixed both our washer AND dryer (he's fixed the dryer twice now-for 2 unrelated issues). He is always right on time, usually coming at the beginning of the time window he gives. He is great at assessing the issue and works quickly to fix it. We have tried other appliance technicians in our area (that were assigned the work through our home warranty) and have not been anywhere close to as satisfied as we were with Appliance Tech. I cannot recommend his services enough! We would not consider another appliance company in our area-Appliance Tech is clearly the best!
