Description of Work: removed nuisance message from TV startup. I had been unsuccessful with numerous attempts. Programmed receiver. OK but could have done more. Misspelled "Recever". This is another "Deal" where the business is in south Charlotte and I'm in Mooresville. Service areas could be better defined.

Description of Work: Jeff original came in November and hooked up my complex stereo system. (We had moved in on September 1,2011) We were so pleased with his work, cost and professionalism, we asked him to installed a couple of TV outlets. He looked at the task and called us later to make an appointment. The appointment was for December 14 at 8:00 AM. Late afternoon on December 13, Jeff called to ask whether we would like him to install the TV outlets later that day. He explained that he and his assistant finished a job early and had the time, We were delighted. Jeff and his helper came over and promptly went to work, again in outstanding fashion. A First Rate job and you couldn't tell any work had been done. Neat and clean. They'll be doing all my hook ups in the future.

Description of Work: Jeff provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. He evaluated our situation and provided great recommendations. He was able to install our 42" plasma over an entertainment inset above the fireplave with a side mount to leave plenty of room behind it to "hide" components from view with plans for future additions. A very professional and high quality job. Thanks!
