Jeff was very professional. He came to my house and assessed the work and gave me great advice on the best way to mount the TVs while keeping the cords out of site. He was also able to provide cables and mounts (at amazon cost) so i didn't have to order them. His guys were very friendly and made sure everything was perfect and clean when done. Very pleased with the pricing too.

I have called Jeff several times over the past few years for things such as mounting tv's and I have also referred him to family members. He is always professional and trustworthy. I strongly recommend his services if you need to have home TV systems set up in your home. Excellent service!

It went terrible. Jeff will not respone to telephone calls or text messages. His last responmse was that he got a big job from Google Fiber and had to blow off the rest of his customers. Jeff is extremely unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find another vender.

Service was performed exactly as described. Jeff did great work on a more complex job for us a couple years ago so he was my first and only call for this job. Jeff was very responsive. Gave me a quote at our initial meeting, scheduled the work to be done 2 days out. During the job Jeff kept me up to date with photos of the progress. After the job was completed he offered to return to our office when we had finished moving into the office. He came out again and made sure all computer were connect and the network was working correctly. Very good experience. Smoot without any hiccups and at a great price.

I called Hook it up to wall mount a TV and set up a second TV with surround sound. I called before Thanksgiving and I have yet to get a return call.

Jeff's team was professional from beginning to end. Jeff came out and quoted the job very thoroughly. On the day of the job, his crew was very careful to be clean in the house and to not make a mess. The cables were run and tested and everything worked correctly the first time. The price came in at the low end of the budget Jeff gave me, which made me happy. I would use Hook-It-Up again.

Very professional and thorough installation. It was a little difficult to get in touch with Jeff at first, but patience paid off. I have more work to be done soon and will definitely use them for that and anything else I dream up in the future.

I'm pretty particular and try to know as much as I can about AV products. Jeff was more than willing to discuss my ideas an provide answers. Jeff and Gary showed up promptly on-time of appointment, were neat and kept things clean at install sites, Gary did great job with wire management and electrical installation. I am happy with the quality of the work and the finished product. Quality communication and service. I strongly encourage others to consider HOOK-IT-UP for their AV, WiFi, Video needs.

I contacted Jeff and informed him that I wanted a tv mounted to the wall in my guest bedroom and did not want any wires or cords visible. When I spoke with Jeff on the phone, he gave me an estimate of what it would cost to have the work done. I thought it was a fair price, so then decided to schedule an appointment to have the work done. On the day of the appointment, Jeff came to my house to look at the project and then gave me a written estimate of the cost (which was in line with the estimate he quoted me on the phone). He was courteous and professional, and just has an overall pleasing disposition. When Jeff left, his team (Gary and Brogdon) completed the work. They mounted the tv (hiding all wires and cables, as well as my direct tv genie box), and programmed my remote control. I've worked with several contractors in the past for various projects; however, I must say that Jeff and his team were the most courteous and professional contractors I've ever worked with. They took off their shoes before entering my house, they covered my floors before they started working, and cleaned up after the work was done. I most definitely recommend this company.

Thankfully, Jeff was very flexible in scheduling, and he and Gary came out a few days after the new cabinets were installed. To be honest, I had no idea how difficult a process it would be to locate studs, cut out drywall and fish a ton of cables through the floor, into the crawlspace and then up into the cabinets. Gary was below the house for what seemed an eternity while Jeff worked to drill holes in the wall and in the cabinets to run cable and mount electrical boxes. They worked like a well-oiled team. Almost 8 hours later (right on the money with the estimate) the installation was complete and all of my equipment is located in a slim, stylish cabinet. How Gary squeezed a Dish Joey, Roku, blu ray player, Sonos Boost, router, and a Sony headphone transmitter - plus a large surge protector and tons of cables - into one slim, stylish cabinet, I'll never know. I will add that Jeff's estimate included a Sonos Soundbar, which costs $699, so the installation itself was only about $900. I think I might be cutting the cord soon, so when I do away with Dish, I'll be calling on Jeff to install an Over-the-Air antenna in the attic - and he's already given me an estimate for that work. Hook It Up is the way to go.

Jeff (owner) and Gary (technician) were absolutely fantastic!! I reached out to Hook-It-Up via Angies List and was contacted by Jeff very quickly to discuss my project. This is the first time that I have ever had someone install/mount a TV and setup my home theater (loose term) system. I could tell from the beginning that Jeff knew exactly what he was talking about, which made me very comfortable. He talked me through the entire process and was able to schedule me very quickly. When Jeff and Gary arrived at my house, I again knew they were legit. Jeff went over everything again and wrote out a very detailed invoice. I can't say enough about Gary. The guy is a magician. He is very methodical, detailed and organized. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with everything. The price was way better than expected for the quality of work received. My final price was also under all estimates I received. If you're thinking about getting a TV mounted, call Jeff.

Jeff and crew were great. The job sounded simple, but my house didn't want to cooperate, so it took a little longer than anticipated - it happens. They all removed shoes when entering the home, and covered work areas with a blanket. Thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Job well done. The guys did a great job, I would recommend them and will use their services again.

09-21-2015This time, it appeared that my stupidity was the problem, because Jeff was able to get my system to work flawlessly when he arrived. As he did when he installed the small antenna on my roof a couple of years ago enabling me to get quality TV after "cutting my cable", he came promptly. My only problem was that after going to the trouble of coming to my house & testing my system this last time, he refused to let me pay him for his time & trouble. Every time I have called needing electronic help, Jeff has always exhibited the epitome of competence, professionalism, & friendliness. As long as he's in business, I'll never call anyone else.

Crew was awesome and very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again when I hang my tv in the back. Very good value for the money compared to other companies. They will help define scope and allow you to do as much as you feel comfortable doing.

Arrived on time and installed antenna. A couple of channels didn't have adequate signal strength, setup follow-up appointment to bring another antenna that pulled in all the local channels.

I called Jeff and he got me scheduled the next day! Jeff and his crew did an awesome job. I work from home so want to make sure I have the best internet available. The crew worked the entire day (and even skipped lunch)! They did a fantastic job and even got ethernet runs to a couple tricky areas. Additionally, the main modem and router are tucked away in a closet and out of sight. Jeff came by on a Sunday to configure the internet to make sure everything ran smoothly. I'm so happy I used these guys and couldn't recommend enough.

I hate that this review has taken so long to get on here. I contacted Jeff and he and his crew came out and walked through the entire house with me listening to what my end goal was in my home networking and A/V setup. From there, based on the details of each job we prioritized the jobs and started with what I detailed above. The crew (can't remember their names) were THE MOST POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED and CLEAN (i.e. how they worked in the house and cleaned afterwards) that I HAVE EVER had in my home. They didn't for a minute stop working or take any breaks. Very hardworking. They came in and got the job done and even did some small extra things for me. There will be no question in my mind whether I use Jeff again. As long as he's in business, he'll be my contact for any network/ A/V related work. Thanks Jeff and crew for a wonderful experience!!!

This is the second time I've used Jeff and his crew to do work for me. Last February, they installed a wall-mounted 55" TV in my bedroom. Today, they installed an additional 55" TV over my fireplace, and removed the old one. On both occasions, the crew was beyond professional. Everything was carefully measured and the guys took their time to make sure everything was done exactly right. It's nice these days to see people who really care about their work and don't cut corners. I can't recommend them enough. A+ operation.

Jeff and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. They were professional in appearance, knew exactly what they had to do and how to do it, and finished promptly. Jeff was personally involved, and did the finish-up programming himself. Then, when there were a few loose ends (not problems - just loose ends), he made an appointment to show up on a Sunday, and took care of those loose ends promptly - AFTER he had already been fully paid. The charges were exactly as we had agreed prior to the service, and he didn't try to up-sell anything. I used another A/V company for five years prior to this, and I'm just sorry that I didn't find Hook-It-Up sooner! I would highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Exceeds expectations is a not saying enough. As a veteran in IT with 20 years of experience, I have high demands for quality and inspect every data packet on my networks. The same goes for my home network. The team was on time (actually early by a few minutes in a good way!), courteous, and hyper-detailed to ensure that every panel and the central hub were perfectly aligned... without me asking. It was like they were never here and the panels just showed up! Jeff himself came with his crew to review what he estimated and potential challenges. We ran into one that made it difficult to run the appropriate cables, but Jeff was conservative in his estimate so there were no shocks. His crew was so on top of all matters that I was blown away by the speed/yet confidence they worked in. Overall, I would hire them for any network I have control of and underscore that no one can beat their quality/cost. Simply put, they are the best I have worked with.

I contacted Jeff about a wireless networking issue I was having. I wasn't getting the wireless speed that my provider gives to the router. He provided detailed phone support. We discussed several options which I followed through with and solved my problem. I would recommend Jeff for any future issues that arise. Thanks Jeff!

These guys are awesome. Jeff came out quickly for the initial assessment and the work performed was excellent. I had already purchased all of the necessary supplies - the crew arrived on time on the day of the install and got to work right away. I had previously used white cord mate covers around the perimeter of my room in an attempt to hide all of the wires running to my speakers and projector. I had to run everything from the back of the room to a TV stand below my projector screen in the front. I'm amazed at how much cleaner and professional the room looks after Jeff and crew completed their work. Wires are totally hidden behind each speaker and no more white covers running up the wall to my projector. By running all of the wires into the closet I was able to remove all of the electronic components from the room, making it much more quiet and clean. They were also able to make use of a spare coax cable the builder had left so I could connect an HD antenna. I can now watch over the air programming throughout the house. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the house in better shape than when they got there. I will definitely be recommending Hook-It-Up to anyone needing this type of work done. Thank you!
