lousy-worst customer service
Description of Work: Mr Lawter gave me an estimate for repacing my hot water heater. He then suggested that I could save money by using Plex tubing instead of copper. Upon completion, I was presented a bill for the amount initially quoted. He had removed all my copper and took it with him. Hot water takes forever to heat up. I called to ask Dave to check it and was told to turn the heat up myself and that it would cost more to fix it.

It took about an hour and a half to complete this work and they did a very good job. This was the first time we used this plumber, but they seemed honest and trustworthy. We'd use them again.
Description of Work: Lawter's replaced some hot and cold spigots for our tub and our sink in one bathroom.
