I found them on Angie's List. We had a two level deck off our family room as well as our sun room. We got them to tear out the old deck and build a new sun room with windows all around and sky lights so Nancy could get exposer to the sun. He also constructed a new patio deck for us with rot iron railing and pillars. He also completed a step down from the old sun room to the new sun room. It was about 400 square feet. He also did a lot of detail work with molding and matching the molding to the rest of the house. The clean up was always great. He took an extraordinary amount of time cleaning up his messes. He also renovated a master bathroom for us. He put in a new jetted tub and re tiled the shower. He put all the bells and whistles in the shower with wall sprays and rain can spray and all that stuff in there. He was the only company I could find, I asked him f he could design and draw the plans and change them as I wanted. He said absolutely. He used to ba a master builder for custom homes. When the housing market closed he went down to zero. He just did a superior job. I will use him again.

The project was delayed on a couple of occasions due to material availability, however, finished construction was on schedule. Stan is a custom home builder who is talented in many areas----concepts, custom build recommendations, performs complex construction projects/detail himself. All work was done in a professional manner, with custom building emphasis.

He did an excellent job and everyone compliments the room and the workmanship. He traveled from Chesnee to Charlotte daily, stayed with the job, followed my ideas and even improved on them. His work is careful and complete and cleaned up after he finished. Recommending him to many friends. He works in upper South Carolina and Charlotte area and western area of North Carolina. He has built homes and much commercial work as well.
