Chris did an excellent job on some very stubborn stains. I really didn't expect half the stains that he got out to come clean. He does a good job and is the type person that you don't mind coming into your home. He has a way of making you feel at ease from the minute he walks thru your door. I will be calling him again and also tell everyone about his service.

He had a bad back, so he couldn't really move anything. I wish I would've known that, because I also have a bad back and could have been better prepared. He did a very good job, otherwise. It's just something that people should know first.

Chris is a true professional. Nice guy who likes to actually know about the customers, we talked football quite a bit! He described the work he was going to be doing, and what all was involved. We have a small child and a cat, so there were quite a few stains in the carpet. Chris was able to get them out no problem! We will definitely call him again!

He complained about the distance he had to travel to get to the job. (shouldn't have accepted the job!) He said he had to pay $200.00 for a part before he could come do my carpet (and this is my problem?) He said he was" supposed to be singing at a funeral but came to do this job and wondered if the family would use him again because he wasn't there". (I would have rescheduled..again) He said he 'wasn't really making any money on the job because of the distance he travelled". ( I could have had three big rooms done for this price) I told him "Well, I am sorry for that".( I felt like I was being hustled for a tip) He said the carpet would be dry "in a couple of hours". It was very damp for 2 days and I had to put floor fans out to get it dry. All of the above made me very uncomfortable.

Time of arrival was as expected. The actual cost of the deal was 79.00 but I asked him to add a small bonus room and stairs to it. We agreed on $20 for the steps and $20.00 for the bonus room to be cleaned this brought the total to approx. $120.00. The other rooms cleaned were three small bedrooms and a walk in closet. He cleaned all the areas beautifully and I am very happy with the results. When we discussed the stair cleaning he was a bit reluctant at first because he said he had a broken part to the cleaning hose that was needed to clean stairs. He ended up cleaning them by hand and the results were good. The one thing this Gentleman could improve on is a bit of professionalism. He was wearing a T shirt and jeans and while cleaning and in front of me he took off his t shirt to reveal a sleeveless tank top and wiped his face with the t shirt. I found this very unprofessional. My suggestion is that he keep his t shirt on while in a customers house and bring a towel for face wiping.

They never even took the square footage into consideration. They were amazing. He was very nice and professional. They whole process was simple. They are very responsive with great customer service. I will recommend them! I will be more than happy to speak directly to anyone interested in using this company as well.

Had the wrong address originally, but still showed up around 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Walked through the house and made sure we were on the same page of what to do. Went right to work on the carpet, and helped take out some big stains in the rooms. Cleaned a spot on the staircase the dog had left by sitting there. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work, and would definitely hire them again. Took about an 1.5 - 2 hours to do all the rooms and staircase.

They got rid of all the stains. They moved some furniture and I moved some. The carpet was cleaned in the afternoon and dried by the next morning. They are extremely professional and extremely courteous people. I felt completely at ease with the person who did the job. They are careful with the furniture. I have used this company for 18 months; they come every six months.
