Description of Work: Top quality cuts - Stacey Evans -WARNING Stacey came out and looked everything over and said he would send us a quote and that he would come out on Sunday and take care of everything. Sunday came and went, no Stacey and no quote. Should have been a clue. Called and texted and he finally sent a quote and came the following Sunday. Paid him the full amount only to find out that he could not aerate and seed yet. It was supposed to get cold again. He said he would do it when he came again in 2 weeks. Two weeks passed, no Stacey. When I called him a week later, he said he was sick. He came the following week. He said it was still too early to aerate and seed. Two more weeks went by, he called and said he was supposed to come that day (Sunday) but he could not get an aerator and would be here Tuesday. I thanked him for the call and letting me know what was going on. Tuesday came and went, no Stacey. Thursday I called and he said he had a family medical situation. That was over a week ago, now he is not answering calls or responding to texts. I have requested a refund for the services I paid for that he has not yet provided. Needless to say, I need a lawn service. This is what my yard looks like with Top Quality Cuts

Description of Work: We needed an overhaul. Mowing, trees and bushes trimmed, weeds pulled, Weed and Feed, aeration and seeding.
