Description of Work: Chimney was inspected. It was determined that it was fine structurally. The chimney was clean so no additional services were needed. My only issues were regarding payment & getting an invoice. The Ad for this company on Angie's list states that this provider accepts Visa/MC. That is not the case. We offered to pay with a personal check but it had our old address on it as we just moved so that wasn't accepted. We had to go get cash in order to pay him. Once we paid him, we expected an invoice. He didn't seem to have any. If there's ever a question regarding the chimney, we don't have documentation that was was indeed inspected.

+ 0 morePhilip Chance was prompt. Came and checked what we had for stoves and explained what he was going to be doing. He sweep the chimneys from the roof and then came inside. He was very careful about the dirt and dust. He use a HEPA filter vacuum and did a very good job of keeping the area clean as he worked. He found a couple of things wrong and corrected them as he went along. We will be having him come again and clean the chimneys/stoves again after this winter.
Description of Work: We had two chimneys and stoves cleaned and serviced.
