Description of Work: Replace Hot water Heater. He had it installed and working before 2:00 p.m. the next day. He took the old one with him and i had nothing to cleanup. Then he called and told me where he left the bill and to see if i was fully satisfied with the job. Friendly,professional,knowegdable,and clean.

+ -1 moreAfter multiple calls and visits, we were advised to purchase a new machine but the problem continued. Eventually, they had to jackhammer the concrete flooring to put in a new pipe. This solved the problem but at a tremendous expense, damage to my lawn, damage to our basement flooring/carpet due to continued overflows and leaks, and useless band-aid type repairs. If they knew that this would have solved the problem at the beginning, then I they should have taken those steps. Instead we feel they successfully drained our bank account. I will never use them again for anything and I will tell everyone to find someone else that is honest, upfront and reliable.
Description of Work: It was a drainage problem to the pipe under my washing machine.
