Description of Work: I have never in my life dealt with someone with such a knack for twisting words, not doing what promised in conversations, skirts the law and is overall bad business. I have had nothing but issues with the people he subcontracted to do my job, I do not like the fact he is willing to spend my money without asking for my input, giving me, written estimates when repeatedly they were requested before he just did the job. He tells you how to answer bank questions which is a total violation of the law and if you refuse he refuses to treat you in a professional manner. I would say he is the lowest of lowest rating when dealing with people. He is the kind of person as to why houses are under water or people are put in situations where they are set up to fail. I am very glad I was on top of things to catch this before we got in too deep. I would not recommend him to a buy a dog house from.
