Air Rescue formerly HollywoodCooling. Owner are Mike Pate of Cheraw, SC. When you call Air Rescue for your heating and air conditioning needs you will get the same customer friendly service that Cheraw and the surrounding areas have relied on since 1993. At Air Rescue, we want your business and we do everything we can to make it easy for you to do business with us. We’re open 7 days a week, with no extra charge for weekend service. Our staff receives rigorous training and each employee is focused on providing you with service that’s dependable, quick and courteous. Our satisfaction guarantee is simple… we won’t quit until you're satisfied. Air Rescue provides superior service on all brands of central heating and air conditioning products. Our service technicians have the ability to service and repair natural gas, propane, oil, electric, heat pump systems and hot water heaters. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote a flat rate for the needed repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on a regional average that takes into account how long the repair should take and what is a fair charge for the services rendered. We have found that our customers are much more comfortable with this than with an open-ended time and materials method used by many of our competitors.

The contractor responded within two hours of our call. He took the call personally and was very professional. Had my unit cooling within an hour of his arrival. If and when I need a heating and A/C mechanic in the future, Mike Pate is my man! I would highly recommend him.
