Promises made about customer service we should expect for their first +$1M house they have built. After three third-party home inspections we still have issues. Delayed closing with no notice. Had to tear up brand new driveway and front yard to add a drain that was required for drainage of property. Terrible communication. They too claimed to have penalized key people on the project but how does that compensate us as buyers for the mistakes. I strongly warn would-be buyers from investing in a new Crescent Flex home.

I think the company itself was good the projects manager that worked on our home was pretty terrible and has since been fired and there were a lot of mistakes and things that were made that had to be fixed and touched up once we had already moved in, they were five weeks late in finishing the house.
