XPS Contracting

We had our roof replaced last year by XPS Contracting and it is still under warranty. We currently have issues related to the original roof, specifically, several raised shingles and what appears to be improperly installed flashing around the chimney. When it rains water runs into our fireplace and our walls around the area get very damp. This is causing mold to grow quickly, spreading down the wall and behind a shelving unit. XPS was contacted by voicemail as we could not reach a live person on 6/25/2012 and then every two days after that. On 7/12/12 we were contacted by an XPS representative, Eric who stated he would send someone out in a day or two to investigate the matter to see if it was covered under the warranty - if it wasn't they couldn't help us, but if it was they would be happy to replace. No one ever came out to the house or called us back. Eric was unreachable to follow up as he did not give us a direct number. We resumed attempting to contact the company on 7/15/12 and every couple of days thereafter, still only reaching voicemail boxes. On 7/25/12 we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to resolve the issue, at the very least to get someone to return our phone calls. As of today 8/19/12 we have still not been contacted by the company to resolve the issue and the mold is still growing/spreading and posing potential health risks and costly repairs. The BBB has contacted us stating that the company has not responded to their inquiry either.We are currently preparing to take legal action against this company.
