The provider showed up on time and did his work quickly and efficiently. The house looks brand new and we'd definitely call them back the next time we need a deep clean.

I got my house pressure washed today 2/25/2020. The Technician, Dwayne arrived right on time. He did a fantastic job. My house looks as good as new! He even cleaned my little chairs and table at the front of the house. Dwayne was also very professional and personable. I highly recommend Under Pressure SC!

Great! The house looked amazing the day it was done, but after a day or two some rust/dirt off of an upper gutter washed down to the side of the house (due to rain) and made a slight stain on our siding. I called and they sent someone right out to clean it up. Just to be clear, that was not their fault at all since the cleaning probably loosened the dirt that we had not cleaned in the first place, but the fact that they would come right back out and cleaned it up anyway speaks volumes. I will definitely hire them again.

No one contacted me for a week. When I attempted to contact this company they told me they no longer performed work in my area. Very frustrating...not sure where the ball was dropped but it has certainly set our plans to place our home on the market a few weeks behind.

Arrived a few minutes before scheduled appointment time. Briefly chatted, then Porter got right to work. Everything looked nice and clean afterwards. Our driveway hadn't been pressured washed since we moved in and it was a treat to see how clean it could be. Overall we were extremely satisfied. The only issue, which turned out to be an oversight was, the 2 concrete landings and inside patio area weren't mentioned on work order. So, they weren't done. Equipment had already been put back on truck, when I came out to inspect and pay. Porter would have deducted the charge for those items but I insisted that when I called to set appt. that those areas be cleaned as well. Porter then pulled equipment from truck and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Excellent company. Unlike most companies of any type, Under Pressure was everything a company should be. Punctual, professional, competent and affordable. I will use them again in the future.

Porter, the rep/tech, was simply outstanding! I was both impressed and grateful with the quality of the service and the time used to complete the job. She came well-prepared and well-skilled.

The individual was prompt on answering the interest in pressure washing a house. Also followed up with confirmation of the appointment . He was able to come early and did a very good job with stains we couldn’t get off the vinyl siding.

By far and away the best price, yet the work was thorough, professional, friendly, and timely. I was at first concerned that the office is around Charleston, but they have local workers around SC, and the man local to Columbia was/is superb!

Scheduling was a problem but understood situation. They were late but did a good job.

CJ came out on a hot muggy Friday. He worked nonstop, and when he finished , we did not recognize the house - it was beautiful, and the concrete driveway was a bright white. 2 story house, and CJ was busy for almost 4 hours. He was one of the nicest and hard working people we have met. It was amazing!

This is my 2nd time using Under Pressure. I made my appointment with John. He called me a few days prior to my scheduled appointment (on a Saturday morning) to let me know that they had another job in my area for Friday (day before) and that they may be able to do my home directly after. He said that he would call me again on Thursday to let me know for sure. John called me back on Thursday to say he was good for Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM, so we switched the day/time. The technician called me about 10 minutes out to let me know she was on the way and had arrived on time (I love that)! The work took about 40 minutes. She was totally professional and easy to talk to. I also referred her to my next door neighbor as they were looking to get their home done as well. I would absolutely use this company each year. Price is for a single story home with a FROG.

Under Pressure was very professional, punctual, efficient, and courteous. i requested more be done than just the house, and the price was fair. I was happy with the work and will use Under Pressure again.

The employee arrived on time and completed the work in a timely matter. I was a little concerned that some paint was removed from the back porch that he did not bother to tell me about. I would have been fine had it told me and I still am.

He called within a day or 2. On time, polite, addressed all my questions. I would hire him again.

The price is excellent They were very very good.

This was the first time I've used this company. I did so at the recommendation of some friends who have used them multiple times. The agent was quick to respond to phone messages, did a great job scheduling the cleaning around a time of inclement weather and also the busy time before Christmas and coordinated the service and payment for so that my work schedule was not disrupted. The company doesn't remove storm windows when they power wash, so my subsequent painters had to do this and clean. I understood why the company does not do this and had no problem with this. However, I would think that 3 or four steps leading up to the house would be included because they are actually part of the structure. Unfortunately, this was not the case in two areas. While my front steps were washed well, only the top steps in the back were washed, leaving the rest looking filthy and mildewed. This was embarrassing when the 10 people at my house for Christmas were going and coming out these entrances. I'm a pretty busy person, so hate having to have things done more than once for them to be right. I sent the same pictures I uploaded to Angie's List to the company via text on the day I submitted the Angies' List Review. The morning after the initial review, I received a call asking why I had not called to have them return and address the problem. Although, he called from the same number to which I texted the pictures, he said that the company doesn't use texting. I had specifically used a text message because the e-mails I sent through their website were not responded to when I tried scheduling or asking questions before scheduling service. (They are FABULOUS about answering the phone and returning calls, though. There are so many ways to communicate with people these days that one is hard pressed to now which way is best for which company.)

Everything went well. House looked great when done.

The job was never completed! The power washing machine broke before the top floor of our home was done. We were assured that the job would be completed a few days later & the staff member never returned. I have telephoned their office several times & they never returned my call!

Great job - very professional and prompt.
