Description of Work: Dan showed up early as he had additional work in the vicinity, which was alright with me. He presented himself very professionally and had a very friendly demeanor, and explained everything he would be doing. It took him about 3 hours to complete the job, leaving the house looking the best it has since we purchased it nearly nine years ago. He also did a great job on the concrete areas and the driveway, and explained to me where Armor all protectant was leaving spots on the driveway from my cars' tires for future reference. He even pressure washed our wooden mailbox post, which now looks brand new (didn't expect that!). He did a large amount of work, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely call on them again for our future pressure washing needs. Great job, well worth the cost!

Description of Work: I purchased the voucher for pressure washing on August 24, 2014 and contacted the company for an appointment. On the day of service, the driver contacted me and indicated that they were having problems with the truck and had to reschedule. They then did not show up for the rescheduled time. I did not follow up immediately because I was more interested in having my sidewalks and brick wall done rather than the house and the company refused to make the switch. My house is mostly brick and really did not need cleaning at the time.

Description of Work: The representative arrived early (he called first to confirm). We walked around the house together so he had an idea of where the bad spots were. He carries all he needs in his truck, including the hose. All I supplied was water .... and the house. Did not take him long to finish. After completion we surveyed the place again....what a difference. I was thinking of painting...but now that can wait , that's how good the house looked. FINE JOB! |

Description of Work: They never went to the house to see if they could pressure wash it. I never heard back from them and whomever I spoke with from the company was not very pleasant. Please remove my $99.00 from the company because the month is nearly up and I can use the $99.00 for another Big Deal.

Description of Work: They were supposed to be there before noon, they/he got there at 2. I asked them to call me on my cellphone when they arrived because my parents (who are in their 90s) were home and I wanted to let them know who was coming. No one called. As far as the work was concerned, I couldn't tell the difference between the 'before' and 'after'. Finally, I'm really tired of calling companies on Angie's List and getting a 'contractor'. How can I rate their work if I don't get their work??

Description of Work: Under Pressure pressure-cleaned the exterior of my home. The offered deal was for $119 for up to 1800 square feet. My home is somewhat larger and we agreed on an additional $10 for the job prior to setting the appointment. They were able to complete the job the very next day and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I was very satisfied with the work and the price and would use them again.
