The technician arrived early and asked it it would be okay to do the work early. We agreed and he did a thorough job on the house, patio and driveway. He replaced plants and patio furniture after cleaning.

They were great! Fast, professional, punctual (which is important to us), and very organized and efficient. We will absolutely recommend them.

Great service and professionalism! The house looks like it received a new coat of paint! On time and very accommodating. We even asked him if he had time to pressure wash some other things (drive way, stone walkway on the side of the house,) His pricing for this additional work was very fair!! The technician also pressure washed the wooden wheelchair ramp without saying a word. I would highly recommend "Under Pressure" to any home owner! They have won all my future business!

I am extremely unhappy with them. I hired them because I had no problems with them from before. This last time I used them, they didn't want me home when their technician came to my house, they prefer to have the homeowners gone. Then, they didn't clean my house-it literally looked like they didn't even come. I have them specific instructions to be careful around my plants or they would kill them-yeah my plants all died because their technician stepped all over them and sprayed them directly. The list just goes on and on.

OMG! First of all, the house looked perfect. Then when I saw my screened porch, I about fainted! My porch looked BRAND NEW......it was phenomenal. Had to remind him to do some areas that were originally agreed upon

Initially scheduled appointment about a week from payment, no one showed up. Contacted company several hours later than scheduled time because they said they would be in the area for two jobs that day. (Didn't want to seem pushy or wanting to rush other jobs) I was told that they arrived, verified usable water source and attempted to contact. I was home all day, received no calls. They didn't bother to try the doorbell? Rescheduled earliest available was a greater than a week. Employee who performed service was friendly, I watched for a bit, and worked efficiently. There were a few areas that was said to be beyond the capabilities of just pressure washing. Employee said that it was surprising that I had been rescheduled and questioned why the work didn't get performed the first time. I paid the employee the extra charge which he did not seem to know about. The date of service is an estimate, I do not recall the actual date performed.

It's the 2nd time we've used the service. It was not perfection but was very well done even with the rain pouring down. Very nice and courteous to work with. We would recommend the service to others and would use them again in the future.

Used them this year. Was a easy transaction. No problems. My two story house looked good after they washed it.

Porter, the young tech who provided the service, showed up early, stayed late and never set down the pressure wand in the 2.5 hours it took her to wash my house. I am so impressed with her professionalism I called the company today to have them do my walkways and driveway.

Good communication and good work. I got a surprise add on charge of $26.00 for square footage that I wasn't expecting above the cost of the special price. I wish they would have been up front about the total cost of service at beginning.
