Provider was responsive and prompt. The quality of service was excellent, and our home looked beautiful. I would definitely use again in the future.

It worked out very well. We live in a steep hill and he was not able to back his truck up the driveway to get to the back of the house as effectively as he should have we felt, but the front of the house looked great. It was definitely worth the money. I think it took about a week from when we called them and he made an appointment. He came out on time. He did a very good job, however, his equipment is not up to tackling all jobs like in our house on a high hill. I'm not sure if I would use him again.

John washed the house and was a also able to do the driveway. The driveway is a big job and usually involved renting the equipment and then spending two days doing the job, it now sparkles. Very reasonable

I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for this service but it ended up costing $750 because I had more square footage than the deal specified. I knew I had more square footage than they would do for $99. The guy who came out was all by himself and he helped me move the last little bit of yard furniture that was on the deck and patio so that it would be out of his way. He got here at 9 a.m. and did not leave until after 6 p.m. He did an excellent job and his name was Lance. I have a lot of white railing front and back, upstairs and down. He did not miss a single post. He did a very good job and was very dedicated to getting it done and done right. he had a perfectionist streak in him. He was very persistent and did not stop for nine straight hours. I would not say I got a great deal, but the pricing was fair.

The only problem I had is they were so busy I had trouble getting an appointment where we could both agree that we were available. Once we did that, they showed up exactly on time. They did a great job in the house. They were here for almost 2 hours. They cleaned up very well and left.

I purchased a Groupon for pressure washing from Under Pressure. When I phoned to schedule the pressure washing, the owner informed me that he did not have any available appointments for two months. I asked him to please reconsider his schedule as we were selling our house in June and needed the pressure washing in May, he said there was no room. Period. We sold our house and moved out of state, so I am now the proud owner of a completely useless $100 Groupon. Bottom line- I wouldn't call this company for services if you will be needing them soon.

The company rep was on time, polite and worked quickly without sacrificing the quality of the work.

Power washed house. Provider was prompt, called me one day after purchasing services. Came and completed service on date specified. Was professional, courteous and completed job to my satisfaction. Would use this provider again and have referred neighbors to use their services. Great! Thanks!

They were very pleasant - they just couldn't work me into thier schedule in the timeframe when I needed.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. There was a schedule conflict on my part which was not a big deal. If anyone has any pressure washing needs in the Columbia area these are the guys I recommend. They had a fair price for the work they did and actually did a little something extra that was not part of the deal. They came in, did their two-hour job and did great. I would refer them to anybody. Their price was fair and they were awesome.

Absolutely terrific in communication, professionalism and service...will ONLY hire UnderPressure in the future. Dan arrived 10 minutes early to introduce himself and explain the process and liquids to be used which included a "dirt resister" on the house and windows in the final rinse. He was already at work at the time of the appointment!!!! Before he left he relayed the areas that needed a little more attention because of accumulated pollen and said he'd also given the patio set a complimentary very light spray so as not to damage the finish. Plan to hire UnderPressure EVERY year to pressure wash the house. Not the cheapest service available ---- but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I had my house pressure washed. I actually sent them a message via Angie's list and received an immediate response. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. They showed up right on time, did a very good job of cleaning the house and back porch, and even finished in a light rain! I would use this company again and certainly can recommend them.

The provider did a good job but it took 2 weeks to finish the job due to multiple equipment problems.

The employee first checked in to let me know he was here. We discussed the cleaning of the gutters and he did a walk around and gave the price for that as well. I accepted that - he cleaned the gutters first and then proceeded with the cleaning of the exterior of the home. Upon completion, he let me know and we completed a walk around. Was very satisfied. When my neighbor returned him and saw the job, he advised me he was well pleased with the job that was done.

The Under Pressure technician contacted me by phone when he was on the way to our home, and showed up in a timely manner. Once here, he introduced himself, let me know what he was going to do - where his work would begin and allowed time in the schedule for my dogs to make one more trip outside before he began work in the backyard. I was not able to get some of the items off of the porch Darryl (the technician) offered to do this and put things back when his job was complete. Our home was sparkling clean before I knew it - Darryl let me know when the job was done and ensured that our yard was once again secure for the dogs to explore what he had been doing ... we were highly pleased with the cleaning of our home, and highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors in our area. Their customer service is A++

The man was very punctual, and actually showed up about 10 minutes early, which was nice. He was very professional and personable. I showed him the areas I wanted pressure-washed, and he quoted a reasonable price. He immediately got to work, and did an excellent job! I have lived in this house for over 20 years, and I have had the house pressure-washed, but never the walkways or driveway. What a difference! I didn't imagine that it would look so nice! We had to leave before he was done, and when we came home and drove up to the house, all we could say was "WOW"! Everything looks brand new! Also, I was worried about paying the guy and leaving early, because I wasn't sure if the job would get finished to my satisfaction. However, he finished the job, and everything he did after I left looked as good as what was done while I was home. I will definitely use this company again!

House looks great! Porches and porch ceilings look brand new. Was very pleased with prompt service. I called to make an appointment and they came out the very next day and had it finished by lunch time. Would recommend and would use again!

Everything went great! The house was sparkling when the tech was finished and communication was very good. He did get delayed but called to let me know so there was no hand-wringing over someone now showing up. Would definitely recommend!

They were fantastic. They communicated with me. The technician did a superb job and they came back today to do the gutters. The estimate was more than reasonable. The office called the next day. He was running a few minutes behind and he called me to let me know. We were really impressed and my house was sparkling when they were done. I would use them again.

It turned out good with Under Pressure. The best part was the guy was very amenable to suggestions and requests that I made. The bad thing was on my side, I didn't have a full-time to be there all the time but he was but he didn't let that bother him. I have no qualmabout using them again.
