Their technician, Daryl Miller, arrived on time and cleaned the house and then started on the patio. Unfortunately, his machine broke down and he had to reschedule to finish the job. He said he would be able to come back two days later, which he did, and finished the job. He was very professional and helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would use this company again.

I purchased the $99 deal and called Under Pressure to schedule. Over the phone the owner gave me a price ($10 per extra 100 ft2) for exxtra square footage and to add on front farmers porch and back deck. Called me that am to confirm. Great job, no problems. I wasn't able to be there when the job was done, so owner sent me bill in mail. Very convenient and easy, Would hire again.

Under Pressure did a really thorough job of pressure washing our home. They were very professional, and they asked questions concerning possible sensitive areas on the house prior to washing. I highly recommend their services.

From the beginning everything was professional, timely, and thorough. If every project could proceed like this one, it would be easy to accomplish all projects around the house. I had NO trouble making and adjusting the appointment time according to my schedule. The company was excellent to work with. Their technician, Daryl Miller, was extremely knowledgeable. When I voiced concerns I had from past experiences with Pressure Washing companies he assured me he knew what I talking about and that he would be careful. He told me how long it would take him to complete the job, what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was extremely professional, courteous, and proud of his work. He was a pleasure to work with! From my previous experiences, I knew he knew what he was doing. My house looks so good. The before and after is unbelievable! I had put off this project because of past experiences, but if I can have workmanship like this with every project, I would never hesitate to hire someone again! I will recommend "Under Pressure" to my friends and have them return next year. The quality of service and price cannot be beat! I love Angie's List contractors!

I purchased a "big deal" on Angie's list at the end of March. I was contacted the next day for scheduling, but waited for pollen to subside before I scheduled the work to be done. They agreed on the phone to do the exterior for the price of the deal, even though my house is slightly larger than the 1800 square feet specified in the deal. They agreed to do the siding that was on the inside of my screened in deck for an additional $10. When I called to schedule, they were booking work in July, but had just had a cancellation so I was able to get the work done in about a week. The tech was courteous and professional and did a great job. He was careful to get my permission before entering the deck and my garage, and was careful not to disturb a bird's nest I pointed out to him on the front porch. I had lots of pollen and mildew on the house and it looks almost like new. I gave a "B" for punctuality, but it was a minor thing that was not a problem for me. A few minutes before the scheduled appointment, the tech called to let me know that he was on the way, but running a few minutes late. He arrived about 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tough to get on the schedule due both sides with constraints. Actual work was great. Lance did a great job and very customer oriented.

They called me to tell me that they couldn't do the service because of an illness.

Daryl, the technician, arrive promptly at the schedule time. Walked around the house with me to review everything that was to be done. It began to rain while he was completing the job, but he never even slowed down. When the job was complete he went over everything with me to make sure I was satisified with the results. I couldn't have asked for a more professional job.

The person was polite and punctual. He was running 15 minutes late, but called to tell me so. When he got here, he got to work. It took approximately 45 min. The exterior is now clean! It had been green, but now the siding is back to it's original color. I will certainly use this service again.

Matt arrived early and was very friendly and personable. We walked around the house and talked about areas that needed special attention. He got right to it and did an excellent job. He took extra care to be sure the water didn't come in my enclosed porch. Overall, I would give Matt an A.

Superb service all around! Daryl arrived on time and his customer service was excellent. He kept me informed as to the status of the job periodically. My home was in need of a good cleaning and when the job was complete I was amazed as to how clean he got it. Daryl took the time to do the job correctly and verified I was pleased with the service provided. I will use this provider next year.

They did a really good job. They stayed with in the $99 and he was on time. When I got home it was done. They are the best. I would use them again.

Signed up for an Angie's List Special. They contacted me the same day. There was a delay in performing the service because of the Angie's List response. They did show up and the day originally agreed upon, and did an excellent job. Have added them to my phone for the next time.

I called the company and got a fast response. There is a branch of the company in Myrtle Beach. The parent company is in Charleston. I set an appointment to have the work done. The technician was at my house on time and was ready to work. Everything looks wonderful. He even washed my outdoor Adirondack chair and it now beautiful---took off all the dirt and mildew. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Prompt, polite, professional and great work.
