Under Pressure

It was good. There were additional charges because our house was a little larger than what was in the ad. They were very good. They emailed me as soon as I bought the Big Deal. I had no problems at all. I had to pay extra and I didn't expect that.

It was good. I think it was a good value. They did the whole house. They were on time, easy to work with, did what they promised to do. The technician was a little inappropriate. I don't know, kind of, a little, I don't know what the right word is, it's kinda seemed like he was snooping around a little bit but that's just my opinion. The house did set vacant for awhile so we had a few wasp nests' and they did concentrate on those.

It turned out just fine. They came out when I wanted them to. They were on time with the appointment. They were professional and courteous when they came out. They were very kind and they actually billed me for the additional amount so I didn't even have to be on site when they did it.

The worker arrived about 30 minutes early and apologized for being early as I was not dressed but he set up and did the pressure washing job really well. The house looks very good. The last time I had a pressure wash, the paint around the doors and garage door was damaged and had to be repainted but with this company that was not a problem. He was very professional and did a very good job.

The first time they came out, there were some issues. I believe the technician was newer to the company. I called and was immediately taken care of and they promised to make it right. The second technician that came out did a fantastic job. He was professional and quick with his work. Overall, I was pleased with this business and I will call them in the future when needed.

Good service, showed up on time did a good job and when we had one small issue/question the owner came out again to fix.

Cancelled this deal because I called the company, and after speaking with the tech, he never called me again.

Went very well. Zach was on time and explained what he was going to do. Removed plants and replaced everything afterwards. My only complaint is that the gutters did not come as clean as I wanted. He said it would not come off. I would hire them again with the Angie's coupon.

I purchased a deal for exterior pressure washing, everything went well with the exception of them knocking off my drain spout and not putting it back

I called and setup an appointment. The appointment was setup for today, December 2nd, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. No one showed by 9:30 a.m. so I called the vendor (John). I left a message. John returned my call and stated they are no longer servicing our area. John did say he left a voice mail which I didn't realize I had until I spoke with him directly. The voice messages was sent on Sunday the 30th.

Due to the lack of response and the unprofessional demeanor of this service provider when we initially tried to make an appointment to have this work completed, we have decided to find another company who can perform the job for us.

It took a few days to get scheduled after leaving multiple voicemails and then technicians arrived a hour late. Other then that great and easy service, professional technicians. House looks great!! Will use UnderPressure again and give recommendations.

Serviceman arrived on time and worked efficiently and did great job.

Everything was great. No problems at all. I have already referred others to them. They've also done a second home for me in Columbia.

They were a little late, but they did call and I think he felt really bad about it and told us he was going to come back tomorrow and do some additional work for us. They were very professional and worked really hard. They were very nice to deal with and I would recommend them to others.

Technician called before appointment to confirm he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional. He asked if there were any 'problem' areas that required special attention. Once he was done, we inspected the job together and he took care of spot behind bush that needed just a tad more cleaning. None of my plants/shrubs were injured. The white trim is once again white! We are pleased with the work completed and will use this provider again.

Everything went well. He did a wonderful job, and have asked to come back to do deck and driveway.

Our bill had extra charges because the house was 2 stories, had a porch & deck and this was agreed upon when we spoke. The young man that came alone to do the pressure washing had nice manners, seemed professional and tried to answer my questions/accommodate my expectations, but had to explain that they don't do what I normally get from other companies. This guy worked his butt off but needed more time to do it completely. First of all, I was not made aware that window screens would not be removed before the pressure washing, so I had unhooked 27 window screens knowing from prior experience that they needed to be removed or could suffer damage from pressure washing and would also block any debrie from flushing out and off of the bottom sills. I was not advised up front that crew would not be able to reach/clean all 2nd story areas or backside of chimney since crew only shoots what they can hit from the ground. Windows were left streaked from dirty water/detergent I am guessing running down from second story so had to ask that they be rinsed off again and had to ask that window ledges be rinsed/cleaned since screens held dirt on those surfaces. I had to loosen screens myself since hey would not do that and only on the first floor would they honor my request. We had porch furniture that needed to be shifted to the side & deck furniture that usually gets moved off & then moved back after the pressure washing, but my family had to move most of it back by ourselves. This company doesn't seem to provide the same level of service that others do, so I recommend that you ask up front so that you will know exactly the level of service you are getting and what they can reach. If ladder is needed to reach certain areas, you are out of luck. I was disappointed with the fact that only one person was sent to handle a job of this size & not all the siding was cleaned, back of chimney, porch trim board, etc. and that I had to ask guy to look at the window ledges so he could see how dirty they were left after pressure cleaning(?) and to take care of. He did not clean the 2nd story window ledges as it was against their policy to use ladders, but did work on the first story ones that he could reach. So we ended up with a house that was partially pressure washed and we had to move the furniture/plants/mats/etc back ourselves after being left outside all night. I felt really sorry for the young man because his hands were tied due to company policy.

He arrived late, but called to let us know he was still at the prior job. We appreciated that. He still came to our house even though it was later than the work day. Very pleased with his work!

They came out and couldn't do it. That wasn't very useful and was very disappointing as I wasted my time. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It cost me time and money & nothing that I wanted to be done was done.

Showed up exactly on time, proceeded to check out the work area, performed the pressure wash, cleaned up his tools and left a neat job site.
