There was some confusion about the date. Maybe my mistake but they handled it well. Arrived on time, polite, courteous, efficient, and cooperative. Wish all the contractors were that good.

Great...professional technician, good job

Didn't let me check the job before he left. Front porch was a mess which I had to clean up.

Everything went great!! Travis came out on time and provided a great job. Under Pressure showed up with a nice rig, pre-soaked the house with soap & bleach and then went to town. He got out ladders to hit the high areas and got a ton of debris out my gutters. I will 100% use again next year.

They did a great job. The cost just ended being the $134.25 Big Deal. They were terrific and very professional. They got the service finished very quickly. I would tell a friend or family member that they did a great job.

I have used these folks twice with excellent results. They are always responsive and their work is professional. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Matt arrived early and did a great job. He was a nice young man. The price was what was estimated. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Excellent job on exterior for the price. One small area of Mildew way up on third floor that did not come totally off but I told him to forget it. They would have to put a ladder up all the way to get it. For $100 on groupon I do not expect that. He worked about 3 hours on the job. The drive was good, just missed a few spots but hard to see when it is all wet. He did the drive for $100 so for 200 the large house and large drive was a bargin and good work. Would use again. They have good equipment and chemicals.

Perfect job. They are hard to get a hold of. We played phone tag about 10 times. Once I was on the books, good to go. Showed up on time, excellent job. I will use them again for sure.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I don't give very many reviews, but these guys deserve it.

Zack showed up at the appointed time, and did the job. He treated hard to clean areas first, then used an additional bleach/cleaning solution, Let these work on the foundation and hard to clean areas, then used high pressure water to clean and rinse everything. After the job we did a walk around and found one spot he missed- Zack immediately got this area clean and we rechecked the work. This was an Angies list special, and we could not be more pleased with the results!

Dan was very punctual - in fact he was early for our appt. Very professional, friendly guy. The pressure wash was awesome on our house. We had quite a bit of "green" on the north side of our home and its looking perfect now. We had the 99.00 "special advertisement" but with him cleaning the enclosed porch and garage - it cost a bit more (based on sq footage) but was well worth it. I highly recommend Under Pressure and will definitely call them again.

wonderful?..was done while we were not home. But the person called in advance and after the job was done before he left. Was easy to communicate and did a good job.

Bought a deal on another deal site for the pressure washing service. Called the provider and got on the schedule. They arrived on time the day of the service. Upon inspection the house looked great after the washing. I did not come across any damage as a result or have issues with plants dying. Will use them again in the future.

I took advantage of a deal listed on Angie's List. I had trouble scheduling (that were completely my own fault, not the provider's) and when I was finally able to nail down a time frame, they were super flexible, friendly, and an overall pleasure to deal with over the phone. They told me the technician's name that would be handling it. Steve showed up , asked me to move a car so it didn't get splashed and set straight to work. The house looks amazing. He got there earlier than the appointment, but that wasn't a problem for me. And was basically done a lil after the time he was scheduled to show up. I type this up a few days later and still very pleased. I would call them again for any pressure washing needs, without hesitation.

Overall did a good job--were able to get mold off the upper siding of our home. They charge $13 per each additional 100 square feet over the 1800 original deal.

Truck was broken down so took a few extra days to get the job done. Parts of vinyl were messed due to the job being done near sunset. I called the next day and he returned to get the places that had been missed.

I received a call from the company stating the cost for the job would be $179 and not the $99 amount for the deal due to the size of my house. That is much more than I want to pay.

late driver never had appt. on books called them 3 times after appt. time showed up 2 hours later after calling them they had no record of angie's list payment wanted me to pay again after I gave them the receipt sent me another bill in the mail called them again to say I paid through angie's list when you call the office you get voice mail always run by the 3 stooges

Booked the service thru Angie's List after reading multiple excellent reviews and to take advantage of the $99 special that they offered. John messaged me immediately and advised me to call him the following Monday to gel up details. The service was booked for exactly one week out, and I was told technician Travis would be performing the job and should arrive somewhere between noon and noon-thirty. I called the day of the service to confirm timing and was told the previous job had run overtime. Travis called me when he finished his first job and said he should be at my home within an hour. He arrived at approximately 1:30pm. He was genial, professional and willing to work around several obstacles presented by the neighbor who was notified but had a side gate blocking access, a potential dog in the yard and several ladders leaned against my house. Travis worked quickly and conscientiously, keeping me informed of his movements, as I was doing some landscaping, and "going light", as requested, around the original windows of the home. The end product was just as expected with no additional costs. Now my home is "Ready for its close-up, Mr Demille" and can celebrate its 100th year birthday looking good!

It turned out good. It was decent. I was satisfied with the work.

It was fine. It was a good job. They came out within a week after the deal was purchased. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we increased the scope of work a little bit. The increase was not unexpected. What stands out about them is the quality of their work.
