Under Pressure

Eventually, it went okay. The seller came twice. He was delayed because we were having a lot of storms in the area. The day he did come, he tried to beat a thunderstorm which eventually caught up with him. He did get finished but I'm not sure if it was thorough as it would have been had he not been rushing before the store came. Other than that, it was okay. We've had other issues since then. I'm not sire if I would use them again because it was a rush job. I'd really prefer someone that would really take their time. He came quickly when the storms quit. It was just average.

Once I requested the service the company contacted me right away and scheduled the service. They came right on time and completed the job professionally and quickly. I would recommend to any one.

Charles Griffin did a good job as we agreed in terms of the work effort. The only disappointment was the seed did not match the type of Fescue that was already in an established lawn. Normally, if you are overseeding, the grasses would blend, but I had large patches that were previously killed off (both grass and weeds), before Carolina Under Pressure provided their services. I did confirm that the seed was Fescue, but the subtype was also important. The newly planted seeds must be a Fine Fescue, but the established grass was a Tall Fescue. There were distinct color and texture differences even after the 1st mowing, so it looked a bit patchy. Service was "A", but the product was "B".

The Under Pressure company contacted me immediately after I purchased the deal from Angie's list. They were very professional and punctual. The young man that washed my house was very professional, well-mannered and informative. He went straight to work on my house and finished in a timely manner. My house looked great and I have had no issues! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Under Pressure pressure washed our house in a timely manner from the time I made the purchase on Angie's List. They did a WONDERFUL job and our house looks great! I would absolutely use Under Pressure for future pressure washing on our house.

First time I used Under Pressure they did a phenomenal job. This time was very disappointing. Porch furniture was not moved, only half the porch was done, and part of the porch ceiling skipped. The quality of the job went from the best company I have ever used to the worst. The owner had the technician return within 48 hours to redo the porch and ceiling; however the job was still not complete.

This was at a rental property of ours. We had to reschedule due to the weather but once that cleared up they came out and and did a great job on the house.

Although I had to reschedule their work at a later date and I couldn't be present, they cleaned all surfaces I asked them too. A piece of their equipment failed but they informed me and completed the job the next day.

Matt arrived on time, and did a wonderful job getting mold and dirt off of the house. Punctual and professional.

Great experience with Under Pressure Pressure Washing. When the rep showed up to get started, he had some trouble with the machine, but immediately got it fixed and came back to finish the project. We were very happy with the results, and appreciated his quick problem-solving to get the job done.

It was pretty good. I just had one problem with them. With the most part, they did a good job. The worker missed a portion of my house. As far as the rest of the house, they did a good job but I didn't notice that I have a balcony. I do have some siding on the balcony. They didn't clean that portion of the house. I didn't notice that until a couple of weeks later. I saw how dirty it was and I knew that it could have been cleaned. I tried to contact them. I e-mailed them to contact me back but they never contacted me back. I would possibly use them in the future.

The only aspect that we were a little disappointed is that the workers arrived an hour before they were scheduled to begin the work. They did not phone ahead to ask if they could come earlier. It may be a minor or no issue with many people but with us, it is an important issue to have workers to arrive when they have promised to arrive, not earlier (unless we are asked if okay) and not late.

After calling 3 other pressure washing companies and either getting no response or no shows I decided to give Under Pressure a try. I purchased the deal off of Angie's List and within 24 hours had a call from Eric of Under Pressure. We scheduled an appointment and he told me that the tech's name was Andrew that would be taking care of the house. On appointment day Andrew called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was about 15 minutes behind schedule due to traffic. Not a problem and I appreciated the call. Andrew was very polite and professional. After 1.5 hours Andrew had the house looking great and also did the shed in the back for us. Our house had not been done in 3 years so there was lots of dirt to come off. I am very impressed with this company. I was getting so frustrated trying to find a company that was reliable and would do a great job. So happy I found Under Pressure. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Andrew showed up a little bit late due to delays at the previous job (understandable). Once he got here he was professional, efficient, and most importantly did a great job. The house looks fantastic and the driveway in particular looks like it was just poured. I will definitely be going back to Under Pressure in the future when the pine pollen makes my green house yellow.

When he was going to be late, he called to let me know. Had to stop due to lightning, but came the very next day and finished the job.

Very pleased with this company. Bought the deal on Angie's List, and although I wasn't home when the technician did the pressure washing, the phone contact was extremely polite and professional, the service performed was terrific. I would absolutely use this company again. Well done, Under Pressure!

It went great except around our front door where the water leaked into the house. Therefore, there was a small area around the door that he was afraid to finish washing because of the leaking.
