Under Pressure

We purchased an offer through Angie's list and Under Pressure was very responsive getting in touch with us. John did inform us there would be extrat charges above the price we paid for washing the deck and for a larger house. The house is very clean though the deck has some black mold covering it still (I am purchasing a pressure washer for general maintenance that will take care of it.) Overall the experience was good, there was some minor damage but it is high pressure we are talking about here!

This provider scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. They were prompt and able to schedule an appointment that worked for me.

I sent an e-mail telling him he was hired, when would he come? Got no response Sent another e-mail about timing. Got no response. Sent a 3rd e-mail telling him to forget it, I'll use somebody else. Got no response.

This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. The only problem was I had to wait for about six weeks before they could get to me. Most of the time when you want pressure washing you want it then. That was the only concern I had. He was very nice and very professional. He got right to work and asked me if there was anything in particular he needed to be careful with. I asked him if he was supposed to do the patio, too and he said no, but he would just go ahead and do it anyway for me so he did my patio. He just did a good job and he said how long it would take to do it. He said he would come and get me to look at it before he left. Everything was good. They communicated real well.

It went well. They were easy to schedule and accommodated us early with a break in their schedule. The serviceman was professional and worked hard. The finished job looks great. The price was great due to an Angie's List deal.

This is not the first time I have used them and I found out about them through Angie's List.

Purchased the deal, called the very next day to tell me the earliest date was June 10th, almost six weeks out.

Vendor was polite and responsive when setting up appointment. Provided all exterior pressure washing services while I was at work and didn't have to take time off. Came home to a beautifully clean house. Did a great job getting all the hard to reach spots and cleaning window frames shiny white like new. No damage to plants or gardens around house. I would 100% recommend!

Their very courteous, English speaking representative, came a few minutes early. We did a walk through, he hooked up to our water and began. In less than an hour our house was gleaming. Very happy with their work. A+ Thank you Under Pressure!

They did do a good job. They have done stuff for me a couple of times. The last time they came they actually broke a couple of things. The broke my big planter and some lights on posts in my back yard. The last time they came out was a big deal purchase. They need to have some kind of a policy where they fix what they break. They were going to take it out of the guy's pay. I paid an additional $80 above the price of the big deal.

From the moment of purchasing the special deal on Angie's List, Under Pressure was extremely responsive and professional to deal with. They followed up within just a couple of hours to confirm an appointment along with providing the individual's name of whom would be providing the service. They did an incredible job going above and beyond. We will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!

I gave him a B only because the gutters didn't come clean like I was expecting. I talked to him about it and he said it was just a permanent stain. He concentrated on it and he tried but he couldn't get them any cleaner. Overall, I was happy with what he did. I was able to get me in within three weeks from when I called.

I had stains on the home from humidity and overall pollen. After he pressure washed we went over the areas and he noticed one of the stains did not come out. The provider told me to just take a spray bottle with bleach and it'll come out!! Isn't that what he should of done but his equipment was in the truck by then. He did say my screen porch was clean and didn't need cleaning so he took $20 off the bill. My issue with Angie's List is it was a House pressure wash for $99 but once I called he told me I'd have to have a check available for another $111. That's not a savings or discount at all, everyone is charging that price.

Good job! The pressure washing was done well and the house looked great. The second story gutter could have been cleaned out better but overall very happy with the work.

He did good, there were just a few spots that needed to be hand scrubbed but he was there to pressure wash. They provided the chemicals and I did not have to do anything but watch. I have a very nice pressure washer and have pressure washed my house in the past, something I defiantly don't want to do so I am thrilled to pay 120.00 so I don't have to.

The pressure washing was of adequate quality, but it took like ten days for them to finally connect o schedule it (I called and emailed), and then they were more than two weeks out. Over three weeks to get it done? Too slow...

Great, on time, professional, made sure all windows were closed and walked us around when finished. Will use every few years when needed.
