TruRoof Solutions did not have the courtesy to return our call or email.

It really is a shame. Everybody wants this roofer but to no avail! Advertising, coupons, great phone conversations with roofer...but never shows for estimates;;;for me nor my neighbor. My neighbor & I went with a different roofer & now I see a great ad again for Truroof & wanted for new roof for my dad in Summerville but I know better than to try to reach out to him again. I don't know for sure, but must be overwhelmed & not staffed adequately...three roofs right here with me that they missed by no fault of my own!

Late due to truck problems. Arrived ~1pm; called supv to have come back for roof debris removal; finished job satisfactorily by 5pm. Installed gutter covers at no cost a few months later to make up for response delay.

There was some delay in getting the estimate from the contractor, but since no work was begun, I cannot comment on anything more.

It went well at first but then went downhill very quickly. I called them about the special offered on Angie's List - a new roof for around $5K. I wanted to know what type of materials were used and if they anticipated additional costs due to square footage and the slope of my roof. They told me about the materials and then sent someone out to give me a quote. After taking pictures and measurements the employee said that he would call back in a few days. He never called back. I called them back and the owner said he would check on the status and call me back. He never called back. I called him back one more time and he told me that he thought the measurements taken by his employee were wrong. He stated that he would return to my house to remeasure and give a quote. He also said that he would still honor the special price advertised on Angie's List. He never returned to my house. He never called. So, overall it was not a good experience.

They did a good job, on time, just as promised. However, I asked for an additional quote on roofing and still have not heard anything back two months later.

Called Benny on a Saturday night after a strong storm caused a leak in my master bedroom. Came right out to tarp the roof till it can be looked at on Monday. GREAT service great price great response time. Thanks

TruRoof Solutions did an excellent job. My roof was a little steeper and bigger than the Angies List deal, but they did the job without hassle and charged a very reasonable up-charge to accommodate the extra work. Since the roof was steeper than 6/12, they had to use safety ropes and harnesses. This made the job more difficult, but the extra charge was very honest and reasonable. They also have very reasonable charges for repairing rotten wood. They are not in the business to make money off of change orders. I am very satisfied with the job and the friendly workers. I would highly recommend.

Benny and his crew were great to work with. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Benny came out to look at the roof over my front porch, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. His crew arrived the next morning and repaired the roof and ceiling below and replaced and redirected the guttering above my front porch. I am very pleased with their work.

First, I scheduled an appointment and the roofers did not come at the scheduled time. I called and had the appt rescheduled. The roofers came at the second appt time. The promotion was for inspection and maintenance of the roof. I was outside with my children during the entire visit and no maintenance was done on the roof. The roofers were here about 20 minutes. I contacted the supervisor and he agreed that no maintenance was performed. He scheduled to come on Saturday, April 26th and complete the maintenance and inspection. He stated that the pitch on our roof was too great for the roofers that were sent. However, no one called or came the following Saturday. My husband told the supervisor on the following Monday that we would request a refund because we did not receive maintenance or inspection details regarding repairs for the roof. The supervisor and team were all very pleasant, but the work was not completed and this promotion was not a good value. I cannot comment on the quality of work by this company because no work was performed.

Benny was great. He made a trip out himself to access the situation prior to bringing the crew. When the crew arrived they immediately went to work. He explained what the problem was and each step in the repair process. He was very professional and made suggestions of how to not have the same problem in the future. I will definitely recommend Benny in the future.

TruRoof Solutions exceeded all my expectations. I have had problems with my gutters clogging and collecting debris for years and have had them "cleaned" several times but have never been satisfied with the results. Benny Shaw, the owner of TruRoof Solutions, inspected the gutters and offered me his suggestions, which I took. I now have gutters that flow freely when it rains and do not collect the debris they did before. The gutter guards used by TruRoof Solutions are aluminum, secured by screws to the gutters and have very small holes which do not allow the leaves and pine needles from the trees behind me to anchor themselves into the gutters. I also had a roof inspection and have minor repairs done to the roof which I believe will lengthen the life of my roof. In addition to the agreed upon repairs, Benny even painted the pipes on the roof so they look like new. The workers for TruRoof Solutions are professional and knowledgeable about the work they are doing and Benny was very conscientious about communicating with me as to when the workers would be on my property and how long the work would take. I intend to have TruRoof Solutions here every year to pressure wash the house and check the gutters and roof again for any potential problems. The pricing is very reasonable and the work timely and professionally done. What more can you ask?! I would (and already have) recommend TruRoof Solutions to several of my friends and neighbors.

After cleaning the gutters, I asked about a possible solution to a possible roof leak. This was handled effectively and efficiently. The crew took a total of perhaps 6 hours to accomplish both tasks. We had about of a missed communication early on, but worked all out to everyone's satisfaction.

They were very good and did excellent work. They were very friendly and very careful with my plants.

We had set a tentative day of March 26th but they arrived on the 27th at 3pm. I did not know beforehand that they were coming so i had to cancel another appointment I had that afternoon. Two men did the work, they did a good job of cleaning the leaves/pine needles and other debris out of the gutters and on the roof. They were courteous and professional. With the exception of the "surprise" visit, overall I would say job well done.

It was a really good experience. He arrived early, was very professional, showed me everything on the roof, was honest, and told me that I wouldn’t need a new roof for 3 or 4 years. He gave me a card, and I put it on a wallboard, and when I need work done, I will call him.

This was an Angie's List special claiming "roof Maintenence and inspection" for $150. I work in the construction industry so I have a decent idea of what shape my roof was in, but I had one or two small leaks in my garage I wanted looking at. I called before-hand to see if they would cover any small leaks. I was given the impression that they would look at it and any large repairs would not be covered but anything small or a quick repair would be considered, but they would look at anything and give me an estimate on any extra repairs. Very friendly on the phone and seemed very appreciative of the business. We had agreed upon a time to meet at the house. Traffic was bad that day but we corresponded on the phone and adjusted our meeting time. However, the contractor arrived before I did and was already gone by the time I arrived. I really wanted to walk the roof with him and point out my areas of concern. When I talked with him on the phone he said he had already come by the house and looked at the roof. He returned later that evening and showed me photos on his iPad where he had caulked around two vent pipes and a few exposed roofing nails. We spoke about my concern with the leaks and he then told me that they weren't covered under the Angie's list deal. "Fair enough" I thought. We spoke about him giving me an estimate on 1) temporary repair of the leaks and 2) replacing that section of roof completely. We had a good friendly chat and he told me he'd have an estimate to me by the weekend. That estimate never came. I did receive a call from him a few weeks later and he told me he had't forgotten about me and would have something to me soon. Still haven't seen an estimate. I understand that roofers are some of the busiest trades in the business and there are plenty of larger paying customers than myself. But $150 for a six dollar tube of caulk, an estimate that I never received, and 15 minutes worth of work that I could have done myself makes me feel a little bit ripped-off.

They did a good job. It was phenomenal workmanship. They got it done quickly and they are all very nice people. He worked with State Farm Agency. The old wood had rotted and he replaced it. The stuff that he replaced it with will never rot and I will never have to worry about it again. He came out by himself on a Sunday and did some work. He does leave the homeowners hanging. The first crew that came out were like monkeys, just working away. The second crew was just like the first crew. He started in December and finished up in January. He was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend him. I would use him again. I found him on Angie's List.

I purchased the Roof Maintenance deal for $179. Benny came out to inspect the roof, and performed maintenance as planned. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He is very professional and I will definitely call him for any future roffing needs.

After putting the new roof on, Benny installed a new gutter with a matching drain downspout which added a beautiful finish to the new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend Benny and TruRoof Solutions to anyone needing gutters and/or repairs. He is a delight to do business with.

I called the owner Benny Shaw on a Sunday and his crew started work the next day at first light. We were held up by an ice storm and rain for the next 3 days, but as as soon as weather permitted, his men were back in force and finished the job. I was pleased with every aspect of their work. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, do youself a favor and call TruRoof Solutions. A local company staffed with very competent and nice people.

I bought this service in January 2014. At the time we had no leaks in our skylights, but my husband wanted to reseal them and remove the Direct TV dish from the previous owners and patch the roof. A couple of Days later, I saw the Big Deal on Angies List and I let my husband read the fine print. My Husband said thats exactly what he wanted to do to the roof and to buy the Big Deal. Two week after the purchase and not hearing from the company, I telephoned 2-10-14. I was told that I was the next person on his list to call. He stated that due to the overwhelming response to the Big Deal on Angies List and then to the bad weather, he had been very busy and that he was sorry that he had not got in touch with me. I told him I understood and want to know what day could I expect him.He said he could come Friday, 2-14-14. I said that would be fine. He called 4:30 Friday afternoon, as promosed and said he was on his way to take a look at our roof. He wanted to know if my husband was home so he talk with him. I said that he wasn't but he would be shortly. He said that was great because he wanted to speak with him about the roof and asked for my husbands name. I called my husband and relayed the message. The provider showed up and my husband and I walked him through the house to show him where one of our sky lights had started to leak. They went outside where the roofer, Benny, then asked to borrow our household ladder because he didn't bring one (but he knew he needed to get onto our roof), he climbed onto our roof, took pictures with his iPad, and showed us damage to both of our skylights. He stated that although we paid for the service of the big deal, we had nothing for him to do on our roof and instead of refunding our money, he would repair our skylights for an additional charge. He said that he could repair the sky light and roll the cost over instead of contacting Angies List because that would be a hassle and too much explaining. He said he felt like he needed to do something for us since our roof was in great shape, otherwise that would be the easiest $150.00 he ever made. We all laughed. After looking at the damage in the pictures, my husband and I agreed that we needed to have the skylights replaced. The roofer, Benny, said he would call us Monday 2-17-14, and we would discuss this further. He has never called back.
