e The two brothers answered my calls, arrived for the quote at the agreed on time, discovered problems they don't feel comfortable working on, and were very helpful l in their recommendations even though they made nothing for their efforts. They were professional in every way, and if I have anything in the future that involves glass replacement these will be the guys I'll call.

I agree I had no intention of leaving a review immediately after the installation. I thought complaining about their demeanor during the install seemed pointless since they are the owners/ operators. Angie's list is very good at reminding a consumer to leave a review so 18 months later after several reminders I did so. I feel my review was fair and that a B rating was also fair if not generous.

Matt did a great job and was very responsive to phone calls and our schedule constraints. We could not have been more pleased with his communication and with the results. We recommend him happily.

We had used them once before to install the first glass panel and to repair a broken window. They were very courteous, prompt, did very neat work, and cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were very reasonable for both jobs and I highly recommend them for any glass work. They made the work easy for us.

The brothers came out and evaluated my triple panel sliding glass door. The seal was broken in one panel and it was milky white. The other two panels were aged. I thought I was looking at replacing the whole unit. They recommended just replacing the glass since there was nothing wrong with the rest of the frame. They measured, came back twice and worked on the project until it was just right. I'm very happy with the new glass and they saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend Trainum Brothers!

They were friendly and freely provided information on windows as well as others areas needing repair. They cleaned up after the removal of the windows and did everything in a timely and economic fashion. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Someone had told me I needed my windows replaced. Following their advice, I bought this deal. The guy from Trainum came to my house and was great. He said I didn't need it and it would be a waste of money. I would definitely use them if I do need windows replaced; they were awesome.

Matt and Travis arrived on time. We had talked previously, and we had an appointment for measuring to replace the window. I missed our appointment time, and the phone call telling me they were here. They took the initiative and they went ahead and measured a few of the windows in the back of the house. He called me and I told him which window needed to be replaced. I was very impressed that they used creativity and kept the appointment without me being there. He quoted the window. The price was very reasonable. He ordered the window. One week later they were here installing the window. They popped the old one out, and put the new one in. No muss, no fuss. No surprises. Matt made sure the window was caulked perfectly. I have had had trouble in the past finding someone who would replace one window. Trainum Brothers made it stress free. Both Travis and Matt were very nice, professional gentlemen, that I felt comfortable having in my home when I was alone. I will call them again for any job I may have in the future and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

It went really well, I called Trainum Brothers two weeks ago to have my window checked and they answered immediately. I get really tired of providers not answering calls and returning hours later. So it was great that they answered and responded so quickly. Both Matt and Travis showed up to check the window and give me a no nonsense quote which I really appreciated. Although, there was some trouble with the supplier for the window Travis called me and updated me frequently to make sure I was not left in the dark wondering what was going on. The window arrived last night and the brothers were at my house today to install the window. The work are was left spotless and the window is perfect. Another thing to note, is a few months ago when I first purchased my house I called the Trainum brothers to check and tell me if I needed to replace this massive window in my foyer because it was leaking. When Travis got to my house he checked the window out and determined that the window did not need to be replaced but I could just use some sealant on top of the window to stop this problem. I did just that and have not had any further leaking issues. I called several other window companies before Trainum brothers and ALL of them wanted to replace the window. The Trainum brothers are honest and saved me hundreds of dollars. This is exactly the type of business that you want to deal with because they have their customers best interest in mind. Matt and Travis came out the day after I called them for the estimate. I wasn't prepared for the price quoted ($400), but had been burned several times by the cheaper contractors for other work done and the remarks on Angie's list convinced me to pay the price. The window came in 3 working days later, as promised, and was installed the same morning. They were here approx one hour and left the working area clean. They replaced the screen free of charge and honored the Angie's list coupon, so the final price was $360. They were polite, personable, professional and respectful. I will definitely recommend them as well as used them again when in the market for glass issues.

Shower looks great! Travis provided good recommendations. They were on time, courteous, and delivered as promised. We'll definitely use them for the next bathroom remodel!

Travis & Matt are EXCELLENT! I called them back to do three different jobs in my house! Very PROFESSIONAL, take pride in what they do! If you want the job done right, call them! I orignally called them to install a new glass window in my door's side panel. On examining it, they told me I already had a good glass pane there, they removed a previous owners yellow & blue stained glass piece & saved the original plain glass panel. They repaired an upstairs sliding glass shower panel. I then hired them to rescreen by back porch & they installed a new door too. I highly recommend them!
