I bought your "$75 Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up". You assigned it to Tony Simmons Irrigation in Charleston, SC. They never got in touch with us and when we telephoned them and left a message, they never returned the call.

No call to say when they were coming. They sent email to say they were on their way------with no notice I couldn't be available & they had to access to control box. New to house, had MANY questions.

Very nice guy, quick to call me to perform work. Worked hard as my concerns were numerous. Would recommend highly and would use again.

I called two days ago to inquire about hiring this contractor to work on my home irrigation system. I've now left two messages and have not received any response back.

I am a GOLD member. I purchased this deal on March 24, 2017. I selected my 3 preferred service dates during checkout which all 3 dates have passed. This contractor never confirmed or denied my service dates. This contractor has made no attempt to contact me even though I have paid for this service. When you call his number you get voice mail. I guess this contractor feels he has so much work from AngiesList he can afford to ignore customers that have already PAID. I will be requesting refund.

Good. He let me know the step I was missing in order to get the electronic controller to work, he fixed a busted pipe and screwed a sprinkler head back on.

Outstanding Called Tony left a message replied promptly stated that he would go out take a look then get back to me with an estimate, notified me of what would be required, showed up repaired everything. All is working fine. professional and courteous
