Description of Work: Southline Roofing replaced my roof; they were immediately responsive to my request. The team was punctual, kept me updated via texts, and did a great job. They were patient and answered all my questions, told me exactly how to get the shingle warranty, and cared about my being happy with the job. That's hard to find! Not to mention his was the lowest price I could find - WELL WORTH IT!!

He assessed the condition of my roof and shingles properly and did a great job replacing my roof. He did a great job working with me as I currently live out of state. His estimate for the repair was far and reasonable . He kept me up to date with all aspects of the project including pictures of any issues we needed to discuss. He was very professional and did a wonderful job in a great timeline. He and his company made sure everything went smoothly and was done correctly. + -1 moreAfter contacting a number of other roofers and not getting calls back, I checked Angie's List and found Ignacio. He contacted me back same day, and actually came by the next day and did the work. Others told me I needed a whole new vent, he said the vent was in decent shape and he just needed to fix the flashing and caulk. It was less expensive than getting a new vent.
Description of Work: I had a leak from my exhaust fan vent caused during Hurricane Matthew.

Description of Work: We needed a repair on our metal roof that had been leaking. Ignacio called me promptly and said he would look at it that day. He got to the roof that day and repaired the leak, all of this was done just before hurricane Matthew was expected to hit Charleston.He sent me photos of the roof and the repairs done. He gave us a through list of options for maintaining the roof and pricing for each. I would like to say that I had this roof repaired twice by 2 different companies. I highly recommend Shoreline Roofing and have hired them to repaint the roof.
