+ 2 moreBob Teachout, the owner of Southern Remodeling, was available the day we called him. He provided all of the work listed above and an inspection on the integrity of the structure of our home that we needed for the sale of the house. He was very professional, efficient, extremely helpful, his work was outstanding. We highly recommend using Bob for any general contract work. His price was very reasonable, we feel that we got more than we paid for.
Description of Work: Following a home inspection that we requested Bob Teachout of Southern Remodeling repaired several joists in the crawl space of our home, repaired drywall following some plumbing repairs, re-wrapped duct work under the house and installed vapor barrier material in the crawl space of the house.
