It was a very small job. They were quite responsive, and I was actually quite surprised that they took such a small job. They were right on time and came when they said they’d be here. If I need siding work done, I’ll definitely call them.

Very good, they were quick to respond and schedule and appointment, the guy that came out to my house was very knowledgeable and pleasant, you could really tell he knew what he was doing!!

The managers were very professional,polite and personable. The workers arrived as scheduled and the work was done as rapidly and completely as they could before the next rain.The roof looked fine and the minor requests were addressed after completion. The Clean up left something to be desired, as we were picking up roof nails for days. I was not comfortable with the workers who were messing with my fish pond and there was an air hose left in my tree, that they went off and forgot about,however overall I was pleased that the roof was completed as scheduled and seems to be working fine.

From start to finish, Soutcoast Exteriors did a very good job. THey were very professional and very accomodating to all our requests.

I got six estimates to reshingle my roof, which had been leaking.I went with southcoast because I felt they were the most professional and their proposal was better detailed. They were not the lowest bid but they were not the highest either. There bid I felt was honest and fair. As far as having work done on your home it can be stressful but Southcoast was outstanding. they were on time, here when they were suppose to be and did a great job. The new roof looks great and so far no leaks. I would without a doubt use Southcoast again for any roofing, siding, or window replacement.

They were very good as far as the work goes. I was very happy with the work but not with the hours and the billing. They did solve the problem so I am not going to complain too much. I paid more for somebody previously for the same problem which they didn't solve. We were looking for someone and the price seemed right and they seemed competent. We didn't really know what was there till they opened up. I must have paid a little more, but the price we paid was well spent. The first time they were supposed to come out, they never did and they never called and said they were not going to come over for the estimate. I had to chase them which I usually don't do and I thought if I had to chase them for the estimate, I would probably have to chase them to do the job, but I didn't have to do that. They came out and finished the job in one shot. Their trucks were clean, the people were clean and it looked good. I have been dealing with someone from another roofing company on warranty and I am very impressed with the way Southcoast Exteriors treats their employees including providing good safety equipment which every company doesn't do. The price was good.
