Description of Work: |Mr. Simmons agreed to repair my leaky roof, he arrived at my home with 2helpers.Heclaimed he could fix my roof and guarenteed his work,however this was not the case the first rain and the water was pouring in my home,I was able to contact him he did return once and made some failed attempt to once again make the necessary repairs ,the roof was still leaking . He never again took my calls or answered any messages,my poor judgement in mr. Simmons cost me 1900.00 dollars .

I called the provider and left a voicemail and e-mailed them more than once. I understand from other reader's they have also had problems with this company's lack of response.

+ 0 moreOverall this was a good job and we would recommend Kevin to anyone needing a good handyman/contractor. There was some miscommunication on the start time, we had thought it was to be 9AM but Kevin had some email and phone problems, so the job started 3 hours late, but we didn't know that it was going to be late. The job was done quickly and professionally but there was one slow leak that resulted from the valve repair. This might not sound like a positive review, but let me state this, Kevin was incredibly flexible on being there to fix the valve afterwords, as he came out, at night, to finish the repair, on my schedule (not his) which I felt was commendable. He also was initially flexible enough to work on a Sunday morning.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 fixtures (1 Kitchen, 2 bath), replaced a faulty water valve, fixed a rusted valve, and installed an under sink water purification system.

They arrived when they said they would, and worked through the Christmas holiday on a modified schedule to fit my convenience. Finding Kevin was very fortunate for me. He and his crew were just what was needed to move through this project.
