+ 0 moreWe are so happy with our experience with this fourth generation, family-owned company, Rug Masters. Kurt Kammeyer, General Manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. He was so patient as we looked at a variety of area rugs, and was able to figure out our likes/dislikes sooner than we did. In addition, he was so accommodating as he let us take several rugs home to make the final decision. Before going to Rug Masters I checked prices at other businesses (including Home Goods) and quickly discovered that it was a waste of my time. At Rug Masters we found such a vast display of area rugs to fit our budget and also came away with wonderful quality, brand-name products. This is our 'go to' place for area rugs.

+ -1 moreThey just went above and beyond. They brought the rug out, he put the rug down, he cut the rug pads; I mean, just super. They made recommendations and helping me figure out - I mean, I brought three rugs home - and once I made a decision, they came out, put the rugs down; they just went above and beyond the call of duty.
Description of Work: I had two pads cut, I purchased a rug, and they cleaned a small rug.

+ -1 moreThey are exceptional. They are really good at getting stains out. They did an excellent job. They pick up, but they charge you a fee, and there is a separate fee for cleaning. You can have them pick them up or you can deliver. The rugs looked fabulous after we got them back.
