They called me within two minutes of my request. The workman, Louis, was friendly, efficient, and well-mannered. Our line was clogged and had tree roots growing in it, He installed a vent to help. We would definitely use them if we have a problem in the future.

Saturday rates the same as weekday.

They were very polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Pink Plumbing was excellent to work with from the start to end.

They do not do under the counter sinks. So, of course, they never did the work. However, for the star ratings (Which I had to give in order to review. Otherwise, I would have given zeroes) the price was excruciatingly high. $1,570.00 to install sink, replace PVC drains and a new faucet. Hell, I got a company that came all the way from Columbia, South Carolina to Summerville, SC to install just the sink for $250.00. The plumber was only $200.00 I am wondering where the other $1,120.00 Came from? Keeping in mind that this job was during normal working hours. This company, in my opinion, are crooks. They just want to rip you off.

Very friendly, professional and knew their job. Only reason for a 4 is that they hit around the average for cost, but I supplied part under a warrantee. They stayed 1 to 1.5 hours. They charge by "job" but "Repair Hot Water Heater" covers a myriad of jobs. From my minimal one of replacing supplied part and flush to complex repairs. I would recommend them highly for the quality of work and the customer relations.

Not a plumbing emergency but came the same day as called in a pink truck, pink shirts and all. Fixed my problem quickly and to my satisfaction. You need plumbers call these guys.

I called because my hot water heater broke down. The dispatcher called me back and scheduled an appointment for early the next morning, the technicians arrived at the scheduled time, and installed the new hot water heater right away. They came right away and fixed the leak under the house. It was a bit pricy, but very professional. If you want quick service that is done with quality, they are a go to plumber service.
